Ichiban Chinese & Japanese Restaurant

I was looking for a high protein, healthier takeout option and this place just happened to put a menu in my door. I’m so glad we decided to try it! My husband and I both ordered hibachi combos. The steak, chicken, shrimp, and scallops were all delicious. Plenty of tasty veggies mixed in. The portion was big enough to make it 2 meals. Delivery was fast. My only critique is that the Miso soup was a little bland, but we absolutely LOVED everything else.

Honestly the worst Asian food you will find. Overpriced, they’re misleading with the amount of food you get, and when you get it, it taste like dog trash. Lucky for them my girlfriend is nice, otherwise I would’ve walked in there cussing everyone out. The food was just trash. I don’t order out much, but thanks for ruining my Friday guys. Real A+. Worst fried rice, worst chicken, worst sushi, worst everything. Literally this place is only in service because drunk black folk are willing to keep it in business at 1 am after all the other restaurants have closed. I feel exploited, I feel violated, and the only way they can make it right is if they go out of business. Trash, garbage, and they cheat you out of your money. Hopefully this review dissuades you from making a terrible choice like I did. This is the kind of place that rips you off so hard you have dark thoughts, thoughts you shouldn’t be having. I am a big sushi lover and I really liked sushi from there. The order for pickup was ready very fast, and my rolls were perfect and delicious. Not cheap but, as for me, worth it.

This place is not good, do not buy food from here, made me sick in the middle of the night.

The sushi was great but it can't justify the amount you pay for the amount you get. I also had sesame chicken another day and same thing. Their cooking is great, it's just pricey. I paid $9 for 6 small pieces of Philadelphia roll.

The food was good. My godson wanted to try it out and because he had graduated from 8th grade that morning it was his choice for what he wanted for lunch. So proud of him he received two awards and had perfect attendance along with honor-role. It was a wonderful day.

After being charged $4.00 for a pint of broth, even though a pint of wanton soup is also $4.00. I ordered the pint because i ordered a quart on wonton soup.
The $18.00 Seafood Combination, was primarily Broccoli and mushy fake crab. Not at all what was expected.
I was also told that paying cash would save me
“A lot of money”, I was charged full price.
I will avoid thus place in the future and will patronize Lucky Star in Andorra.

I order lunch from here at least once a week! Fast. Fresh. Easy delivery with their website.

Just ordered this place on UberEats DO NOT know how it has 4.8 stars. I ordered the salmon teriyaki and the salmon was dry, not kidding two pieces of broccoli and two carrots and both were not cooked to the point it was crunchy. The rest was alll uncooked onions? Some of the crab rangoons were not even filled. The house salad was okay I guess, but it was just a salad.cant mess that up. ORDER SOME PLACE ELSE, not worth the money.

There must be new cooks. Food is very salty. Everyone can’t eat seeds. There were seeds in the string beans and the spinach. The fried fish was dark.

THE WORST FOOD i EVER ORDER. Beef pepper steak nasty the peppers was soooo BIG and they gave me bottoms of the pepper and one average size red really. And their spicy tuna 1st no spice and the tuna was red like they grind up something and wrapped it I DONT KNOW WHAT ATE. I put that in the trash. I am writing this at 1am cause iam not cool 1st and last

Order is right every time and whether you get Chinese or Japanese style food everything is great every time. In my opinion the best sushi in the area! We honestly have been ordering here once a week for a year and have never had a bad experience.

My wife and I were staying in an AirBnB nearby, and sushi sounded good so we walked over and picked up from here. Limited street parking in this area, though a public parking lot is a couple blocks away. Restaurant has closed all tables, and put up temporary plastic barrier just inside the door by the register due to COVID and is take out only. Order was taken and made correctly, though server seemed a bit annoyed at needing to work. Decent sushi, though not a great value for the price.

Great food. Fast Friendly delivery. I recommend the steamed dumplings, spicy tuna roll, general tso chicken. California roll

I have to say, I felt like a real jerk ordering dinner so late. I had been so busy and exhausted and hoping some yummy Chinese was available. I ordered from Ichiban, and within minutes my food arrived! Warm, fresh & crispy! Thank you so much for providing a satisfying late meal! I’ll be sure to order again (during more reasonable hours!)

Soo good. I got a to-go order with the dinner bento box and a shrimp tempura roll without avocado. I was expecting the bento box to be smaller so most of it was leftovers for lunch the next day. The bento box also came with soup and a standard garden salad. There was some kind of orange dressing with the salad, but not knowing what it was, I threw the dressing away.

Not sure how long they have been open but they do have current promotion of 10% off for their grand opening.

I had better sushi elsewhere. The workers really need to wear a mask we are in a pandemic and I didn't feel confortable with them making my food without it.

As far as corner store chinese food goes, Ichiban has quickly surpassed the other local offerings to become our go-to option for take-out.

They took well over 20 minutes to make our small order, one of the workers was not wearing a mask and was sitting 90% of the time and when we finally get the food it’s missing ingredients & the tuna roll was freezing cold as if they had just thawed it. Unreal disgusting establishment
