Was scheduled for an interview and was completely ignored by the guy until the next morning. He sent me an email that they went in another direction. Why couldn’t that be told to me the day of? Completely unprofessional. Beware of this company and a guy named Brian Afflick because he clearly has a long way to go in the handling and care of people. Absolute waste of my time

Called them up for a quote and I got one in less than 10 minutes – now that’s the kind of service I can get behind!

I worked with one of their agents who clearly knew what he was talking about because he was able to answer every question I threw at him (and I made it a point to ask a few questions that I already knew the answers to just to see if he actually knew what he was talking about or if he was just THAT good at bluffing). I liked his style and I ended up getting a policy through this company because of that interaction. That was 6 months ago and I haven’t regretted my decision once.

The agent I spoke to was wonderful! They helped me find a policy that suited all my needs and was well within my budget. I’m so happy they called me up out of the blue! (and I never thought I’d be saying that about a sales call!)

I really enjoyed working here. There were a lot of things I still miss: my coworkers, the hours, the time spent with clients. I’ve got a less interactive job now with another company and I really miss that about working here. If you decide to work here, take my advice and don’t take it for granted because the grass isn’t always greener on the other side.

Love the service and the agent I personally worked with was especially helpful and caring. I just updated my policy and she helped me to find a wonderful price for my budget. Excellent!

My agent is Mrs. Joy Prier ext. 6002, Absolutely love this woman she went over everything twice with me explained everything did what was best for me instead of a cookie cutter, She was extremely kind and professional & was extremely patient with me in my condition I really needed that, if I still owned a company I would hire her on the spot, she is a keeper, retired business owner

THEY found me on a job site and they reached out to me for a job interview saying I looked like a great candidate. I did not apply to them. It sounded great I was super excited. I did a 30 minute phone interview. Then they said I needed to do an assessment right then. It was 2.5 hours! I cancelled a doctors appointment for my son last minute to do it. After the assessment I was told that I did great and would be hearing from them that day maybe the next day at most. Then they send me an email days later saying they found someone else. I feel super led on. And I feel like the assessment shouldn’t be done immediately, and to get to know the candidate a little more first. I don’t see how doing a IQ test/reading test and math quiz has much to do with the actual job. The first interview was them just telling me how great the company was. So it’s the lack of honesty and unwillingness to get to know someone before making a choice that’s disappointing. If you didn’t feel like I was the right candidate why did you reach out to me and tell me how amazing the job was? And then proceed to waste 3 hours of my time for no reason?
I’m writing this review to other people applying so they know what to expect, and to prepare on taking 3 hours out of your day upon interview.

They are relentless with their calls. I would never consider using them. We spoke with them about the calls, but we still get 3 to 10 calls a day from them and they keep changingtheir number after we vlock each call. If I could give them negative stars, I would.

My candidate experience has not been great. I was contacted by Sarah Fargo regarding scheduling a interview for a position she thought I was qualified for. On the day of my phone screen she didn't call nor did she let me know it was canceled. I rescheduled for 2pm on 9/19 and still no call. I left her a voicemail still no call back. This is terrible especially with the war on talent. The candidate experience should always be what matters Sarah. You don't need to be recruiting.

Rachel was wonderful she explained my dental and eyeglass prescriptions and everything I needed far as my medicine was concerned she took care of everything I needed wonderfully and asked all the right questions Rachel had a wonderful personality was very very friendly and came up with solutions for my problems are

This company put me through 3 rounds of interviews and a 2.5 hour skillset test, just to tell me that I will not be considered for a final interview, and personally I know that I did excellent on my interview and skillset test.
