I had such high anxiety and didn’t know if i was going to be able to go through with the procedure. Mak was awesome and so sweet. She stayed with me until I felt comfortable. After all of that the procedure itself wasn’t bad at all. I will definitely be back!

I had a bad experience here. Last year I had cool sculpting on my arms. I went in for my treatment and the woman drew on the markings and said "oh you were sized wrong you should have been sold two petites" I said ok well whatever I need to have to get the best result is fine I will pay the difference. She said "no, we don't have time to do two you were scheduled for one so we will just have to do one on each arm". I insistently asked if that was correct, she became short and rude with me. Low and behold after 4 months my arms were uneven and lumpy. I went back in and complained, they agreed I should have had two not one and the woman who worked with me had been let go for several screw ups. They gave me a free session but I never used it I was too afraid of making it worse so I've left well enough alone but you can forever see lines and marks on my arms from it. Never again.

I started my experience in 2018 with a goal to rid a double chin. At the time Michelle the manager promised me that kybella and ultherapy would do the trick. (its a genetic double chin). After completing both there was no difference at all several nurses agreed. I waited to be contacted for weeks. Finally I reached out to find Michelle and Julie left. I was then handed to Cara who agreed after reviewing my charts/photos that there was no difference. She told me that coolsculpting should take care of it, I was given this service complimentary for the issue before and zero results. I went for my treatment and was there 5 minutes when the machine had a thermal episode so I was then rescheduled. Weeks later I went back completing my treatment where I was told that I should have probably had 2 kybella treatments and they weren't sure why I was put through ultherapy. I had this treatment in January and went for a follow up 2 weeks ago and was told little results were seen and she'd consult the doctor and call me in Monday. I waited until Thursday and called since I hadn't heard anything. I was then told that she could see results (different then what she said in my appointment) and if I wanted better results I would need another treatment where I would pay for. I paid over $2k for literally no difference and now told i have to pay for more if not happy. She was to call me back the next day after talking to the nurse from my coolsculpting treatment and thats been 4 days ago. I just want what I paid for really.and now I'm being passed to a third manager to start over. For $2k I should have what was promised to me. Its very disappointing I was so excited for this but now 2 years of back in fourth I can't get any money back and I have no results.

Jillian made me feel extremely comfortable. She was diligent in her explanation about the process and was calming throughout my treatment. I'm excited for this experience!

I had a great experience! They are all so professional and listen to what expectations your looking to achieve. The front desk girls are so friendly and welcoming. This place is definitely not intimidating! If your looking for a great place to go, give Ideal Image a try!

I had a wonderful experience at Ideal Image in Wexford, especially thanks to my treatment provider, Makenzie. Before visiting Ideal Image, I had never had any type of Botox-related treatment, and was naturally a bit nervous. Thankfully Makenzie was extremely comforting and made me feel at ease. She is wonderful! I will absolutely be returning for another treatment largely because of her. Would recommend her and this center to anyone interested!

I had my lips done by the provider Makenzie and she was amazing! Made me feel calm and comfortable and I’m so happy with my results!

I just have a question why are most of the 5* reviews about the staff and how friendly they were? How is this going to help me decide if the treatment itself is going to work or not? And majority of those who do talk about their treatments give only 1*. I give a 5* to the staff at my consultation too, but I 'd ike to see reviews about how happy peiople are with their treatments and the therapy itself.

I absolutely love it here. The employees are personable and make an extra effort to make me feel comfortable. Anytime I have been there, the employees remember me and ask about my job or life. I have really enjoyed my results with botox and highly recommend this specific location to everyone.

I am so grateful for BOTOX! I am trying hard to prevent these lines that are popping up. Thank you Ideal Image for staying ahead of these little lines that are trying to tell people how old I am.

I had an amazing experience! All the woman who work here go far and beyond to make you feel comfortable, the RN who did my lips did an amazing job, she surely knows what she’s doing and very professional at that, what an amazing professional staff, I’ll definitely be going back to get Botox done next time.

Let me know before I spent over $7000 that a MAJORITY of the hair would still be there after years of treatment! I do enjoy the couple weeks of hair free time but they make it sound like its gonna be gone forever! $7000 later I still have LOTS of hair.

The staff at Wexford ideal image conducts themselves a step above the rest. Always prompt and courteous to pain levels allowing me to take a break when needed. Highly reccomend Makenzie RN. She has always been amazing with injections.

Love this place! Cannot say enough great things about the customer service. I am completely satisfied with my BBL and laser hair removal treatments. My brown spots are gone from my face and my skin is so smooth and hair-free.
