6I got my fingerprints done for employment. Staff is very friendly and tries to make the experience enjoyable. Be aware that you need to register online before you go. I was able to register there but it would have saved time if I had registered beforehand.
The gentleman that process my fingerprints, is a really nice guy. Very cheerful and pleasant to work with.
Very knowledgeable. There was a glitch in the process, not from them, and they stuck with it and resolved the issue.
The fingerprinting process was a little long. Make sure your finger tips are not dry. Mine were very dry so the digital printing wasn't working for me.
Didn't know this convenience existed in Newport, as to services offered. Website and door hours aren't accurate. But the employees are wonderful. Extremely helpful and am appreciative of the kindness and thorough aid. Ample parking.
Place doesn't look like much, kind of tucked away next to a cemetery. But the staff was very efficient and got me in and out in good time right around my appointment time.
