I made a special trip to Exton and arrived at 3: 00 only to find out that the store was closed. The website said it was open til 7: 00. Very bad business practice!

Fast, inexpensive and courteous! I highly recommend iGeeks in the Exton Mall. I consider myself a connoisseur of screen repairs because my kids are constantly breaking their iPhone screens. I’ve been to all the places in West Chester and Exton. IGeeks is far superior.
Horrible experince. Wish I could give 0 stars. One guy said they had the part of fix my phone and it would be about an hour, I made an initial payment so they could order the part. The next day I dropped my phone off at 11: 30, they call about 20 min later and say they don't have the part and someone would have to drive it to the store and it would be ready by 4pm. Around 3: 30 I called and they said they had not even started fixing my phone because someone else had to drive to philly to pick up the part. They said my phone would be ready at 7pm. I just gave up and got my phone without getting it fixed. They did not want to give me a refund and the guy tried to pretend he started the process. It was not until I asked for a receipt for the refund that he processed it. Never going back!
I dropped my iPhone 14 Pro Max on Christmas Day and it cracked on both the front and back. I was so worried that I wouldn’t be able to get it fixed at a reasonable price since I didn’t have AppleCare, but iGeeks surprised me with not only a great price for the repairs, but they also got it done in just a few days! I picked up my phone today after just dropping it off earlier this week and it works and looks just like new! Konner and Isiah were both very professional and chill. Thank you!
