Breakfast Restaurant IHOP reviews
26Awful food. When someone orders food through Uber eats the IHOP workers don’t even care if the food is completely cooked.
Hadn't eaten at a IHOP in years food was pretty good up 69th Street Upper Darby very nice waitress
Went in father's day and waited senior 15 mins to see a host. By the time someone came up NY girlfriend and I decided to leave and give it a try the next day. The next day we get in and sit almost immediately. Didn't take the server long to get our drinks. Now when it came to the food somehow it wasn't piping hot and our food didn't all come out at the same time. All in all it could have a been much worse experience but one I doubt wanna do again
This place needs to be shut down. It is not real food. They served us hash browns that were square because they were probably cut out of a baking sheet. The eggs were fake and lumpy, and the butter on the toast was like movie theater butter oil. It was so bad we had to leave. I wish I took a pic. Never again.
Went here after coming from the airport not knowing what to expect and I wasnt disappointed at all. I mean the place had a smell about it, smelled like mildew. The waiter was nice, the host sucked and the food looked ok and tasted like what youd expect from I hop. Oh also, saw a guy high on crack outside the IHOP, made the trip more interesting if nothing else. If you're used to the ghetto then go for it, if not then stay far far away.
Staff was great. Unfortunately that's becoming increasingly hard to find anymore. My server didn't rush me, made sure I was okay without being smothering. Very good experience.
Even tho that night was only 1 waitress she did the damn thing. N it was busy n there. If i had to give her this rating she deserves that 5
We had a wonderful experience. Our server was so helpful and nice. The food came out fast and we even earned free pancakes by filing out the survey on the next visit. Ask for Michelle she's the best!
I would actually give them less stars if the waiter didn't try so hard to make up for the horrible experience. There was only 2 other people there when we arrived. However, there was no one at the front. We we seated and order. People start coming in. Servee forgot my smoked suasge. Got it at the end of my meal, but it was not the smoked suasage. Never got refills on drinks. He was the only server. Some random ladies who I'm not even sure worked there started helping serve and ring up orders.
Don't think I will be back.
I go here not much but maybe 3-4 times a year, some days better than others. I think the place could use a update as the rugged floor looks unsanitary and make it smell a bit muggy, and design looking old but the food seem to be good. Always freshly made which is a plus.
My boyfriend and I ordered online. It took them over an hour to prepare it and he was so mad he didn’t check the bag. They completely miss a side order and gave us our food completely cold! Never going back to this one again!
No one came to wait us, so I walked out after about 10 minutes it wasn't even business, one employee just kept saying someone will be right with you.
Seriously just don't go here you can place an order but you'll never get the food read other comments they're very slow and the service is below average terrible experience I rather stayed home and eaten my girl cooking. IHOP stuffed French toast is delicious just go anywhere else but 69th Street the manager should be ashamed.
I went for a nice quiet breakfast alone, and it was just that; nice and quiet! Oh, the tres leches pancakes are a must try!
This IHOP is very hit or miss. Sometimes the service is bad and the food is on point or the food isn't so great and the service is on point. Rarely have the food and service been on point at the same time in my experience. I could tell you many things about this IHOP but it wouldn't be entirely fair from my combined experiences here. Just don't be surprised if you get a front row seat to what I'm talking about.
Omg they need to get it together! The do more playing than serving customers. The rugs need to be cleaned. The 1st time I been there it too so long for my food to come, they had to give me 50% off my meal and the 2nd time my son had hair in his juice! Trust there won’t be a 3rd time. Straight disgusting!
They service was terrible.server was nice but slow and almost never saw her at least not at our table.she came to us twice the whole time.other sat around us 30 after we did and got there food before us.took 1 hr 30 mins for us to get our food.very arguvating.go to the center city one.it's way better
We waiting 30 minutes to order and then another hour until we got our food. The store was not very busy. We barely saw our waiter except for when she was giving other tables food. Food was regular IHOP quality.
I went to this ihop 2 days ago and the food was okay but the service was terrible; there was no reason as to why I should be able to head the conversation the staff was having from the kitchen. The fact that I heard one of the staff members talking about doing sexual activity among cursing was way outta line. I like eating at ihop but I don’t think I will be eating at this location for a while.
The food is well prepared and delicious, the place is clean but the plates and utensils are old but overall I will visit again.
