IHOP, Philadelphia PA

I usually love IHOP but this one is terrible. They were telling people 15 minute wait when it was really an hour they have 20 open seats that could be used but for some reason they don't they could use them and still social distance. There's one waiter serving everyone so it takes forever. Waiter didn't write down order and had our order was messed up. Also, had a passive agressive fake nice attitude.

Absolutely awful. Walked in, many open tables and we were told to have a seat then ignored. Never got a table, staff was extremely rude, walked out!

Today was my first time eating at this location and last. But et me tell you. When I called they said they were open for full service but got here.that was not the case.they wait was supposed to be 30 minutes long behold 1 hr and some change. The manager or who ever she was with the stiff orange wig her mannerisms was horrible. The staff doesn't wear gloves when handling the food. Nor hair nets. The food was ok

Called ahead and was told there was a 15 min to 1hour wait. Wouldn't take my name over the phone to hold my place, arrived and Had to wait for more than a half hour, and was never seated, though there were many open tables. Poorly managed avoid if possible.

We eating here prepare to wait a long time prepare to eat cold food and rushed when talking to your waiter

Horrible customer service. Staff was very rude and agitated with guests when guests simply questioned why their orders weren't ready on time. We had to wait 30 MINUTES for pancakes we scheduled ON THE WEBSITE to have ready at 8: 20AM to get to work on time. We did not receive our takeout meals until 8: 50 AM. The 3.9 rating for this location is not accurate at all, as this is the second time we had to wait a long time for our orders to be ready. We ordered online this time because of our first experience of ordering in person and it taking forever, but got the same results.

This place used to be so good! The waitresses are still lovely and polite, but their cleaning crew and cooks are seriously lacking. The tables are always sticky, or un cleaned, even when the waitresses ask them to clean it properly, and there's almost always something missing from your order. Still a good place if you want to eat something quick and cheap. #keepthewaitresses

They serve breakfast all day, then lunch and dinner. Open 24 hours a day. And the staffs are all so friendly. I love it!

Downtown location meaning quality should be better.but the food sucks.you microwaved my scramble eggs and my pancake wasn't hot?

Its great wait staff the place is very popular shop its a little hectic to get seated sometimes but the food is great.

This Ihop has the RUDEST employees of ALL the Ihops. I will never go into this restaurant again and I hope many will do also. Very rude Servers. And when you complain, they don't care. Customer Service is NOT essential with this Ihop or Ihob whatever they call themselves and I hope the Company does something about the rudeness of their Customer Service!

Food was made well. Didn't like the facility. Open floor plan with as many tables as possible crammed together. Not the relaxed atmosphere I'm accustomed to at IHOP and it was too noise. Staff was very attentive. I'd give them 5 stars.

I had breakfast a few times here. They serve pancakes all day - amazing! Omelette, crepe, name it and they serve it. The staffs are super nice, their prices are low, I love it here.

If you have the late night cravings for breakfast this is the place to go. The food will satisfy you.

Absolutely awful service, manager Howard totally saved the day by bringing us all aspects of our meal. He was so great!

As always, ihop knows how to satisfy! This is a perfect place for late night breakfast food whether you’ve been out drinking or just coming home after you’ve been broken up with. Comfort food that does not disappoint! Might I suggest their cupcake pancakes! Bon appétit

I’m itching. This place is gross and so disrespectful. There was a young lady who was so rude and downright disrespectful. We were treated so badly.

I was at this IHOP and the service was not as it was the last time. The waitress made a mistake with my order and did not acknowledge her mistake. She then treated my sister and I as if we didn't exist from that point on. The manager came and made the changes I originally requested for in my order. She blatantly treated us as if she was done with serving us before we were even done eating. This is so unacceptable.

Get there at 7am, the time they claim to be open and I'm told there's a 20 minute "hold" before they can serve food. I guess Leroy didn't get in yet

We had terrible service. Our waitress was too busy talking on the phone and chatting with another customer to remember about us. Food was decent at least.
