I always get a great cut and sometimes a shave. Cece is great, as are the other stylists that have given me great service over the years.

Nice, upscale, modern design with talented stylists. Would definitely recommend as one of the best men's salons in Conshohocken

I’ve gone to a lot of different barbeeshops in the area because no one seems to do exactly the cut I’m asking for. Alyssa cuts my hair exactly how I like it everytime. I moved about 40 mins away recently and continue to go there. Great atmosphere as well.

I moved to the Conshohocken area ~5 years ago and have never strayed from I’m Sergio in Conshohocken. Melanie is the best in the business and I’ve never walked out of the I’m Sergio without a stellar cut and an even better attitude than when I walked in. Love this place!

I got my first haircut in 4 months due to the pandemic. Sheena was fantastic. The service was top notch. Everyone was wearing masks and the cleaning by the staff never stopped. Very happy to see Sergio back open and thrilled to see the ladies back to work making money!

This is the worst customer service experience I have ever had in the sixty some years I have been getting my hair cut. From the initial call to schedule my appointment up to the not quite meeting the stylist. The scheduling of my appointment by phone was with a young woman who could not even spell, my fairly common, 6 letter last name. The apppointment was for 10: 00 A. M on a Sunday, this was my first visit. I gave the receptionist my name and was asked to wait and that the stylist "Denise " would be with me shortly, I was 10 minutes early for the appointment. I happen to recognize Denise from her picture on the web.site for I'm Sergio. She was sitting in one of the hair cutting chairs, styling her hair with curling iron. After this she made several trips to the back of the salon, it was now 10: 10. I thought fine now I can get my hair cut. To my great surprise another customer was seated in Denise's chair and she prepared to cut his hair. I went to the receptionist and indicated that I had a 10: 00 A. M.appointment with Denise, the receptionist stated that Denise was running a little behind and that I would have to wait. It is unfortunate you can't rate this salon with 0 stars, it appeared filthy, the staff was slovenly dressed and of course exhibited 0 professionalism. Whomever Sergio might be, he might want to reconsider the type of business he should be in.

40$ to get your haircut? How much will you raise it to 6 months from now? Come on it’s a good experience most of the time but the price keeps going up. I won’t be coming here anymore.

Amazing place. They take excellent care of you from the moment you walk through the door until you leave. They do a great job and I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I just moved to town and was looking for a place to get my haircut. I came across “I’m Sergio” and decided to give it a shot. It was extremely easy to set up an appointment. I walked into the shop this morning and was greeted friendly and was set up with my person right away. The person who did my cut did a phenomenal job. Thank you guys again.

Great place to get your trimmings and they even have IPA on tap! Excellent service provided by top notch professional's! They did such an amazing job that I could pass for a new person.

Been going to Mel for about 4-5 years, and she’s the absolute best. Takes her time, blends the lines perfect and will give the best neck message you’ve ever had. Also had a few other stylists and have never been disappointed. Refuse to go anywhere else for a haircut.

Here on business from New York and I was in desperate need of a good haircut. Came down to “I’m Sergo” and Kelsey hooked me up with an amazing haircut. Don’t be afraid to ask for a nice fade because they deliver.

Went in, I should have asked for a more experienced barber, considering I wasn't too sure if the style I wanted was doable with my textured hair. The first stylist proceeded, half way thru she asked another stylist their advice. At that point I knew she didn't Kno what she was doing. I was unhappy, told her to wrap it up & not go further. She was obviously unhappy too, & didn't finish my underneath cut professionally. She juz took the drape off & that was that. I explained to the front desk chicks & asked for a mirror, since the stylist didn't offer me one to check out my finished result. After employees there agreed it could be way better, Melanie took me to her station & HOOKED ME UP! My underneath/nape cut was super sharp! SHOUT OUT TO MELANIE. SHE GETS FIVE STARS, AND I'LL BE BACK!

Anna has never given me a bad cut, and occasionally eased me into updating my look to stay sharp. Lisa does a great job as well, I've never had to go to anyone else. As long as I live within an hour, will never go anywhere else

I'm Sergio always gives the best haircuts for a great price. When I find a place that cuts my hair right I stick with it. I do t live in Conshy anymore but I drive back just to get my haircut here.

Ok ok. The hair cut was fire. Perfect. Robin was excellent. Free beer? Can you beat that? Really good looking women! Haha I love this place! A+ going back as soon as I need too. Honestly, wish I lived here.
