I'm Sergio, Philadelphia PA

I went here for a year and had a great hair stylist but she left after having a baby when they either did some sort of house cleaning or a bunch of people quit (I noticed from their website half the people were gone). The website is useful for appointments and it's nice to know all the prices upfront but it comes off a little like a catalogue of barber babes with a focus on looks and their hobbies and hair philosophies with an occasional mention of their actual styling experience. In person the stylists vamp it up and lay on the charm for their all-male clientele. The free beer (or soda) and hot face towels while getting a massaging shampoo are all nice touches. The prices are OK for CC but there isn't a set receptionist so if your not their client, the other girls just let you stand there akwardly waiting for your stylist to spot you. After my stylist was gone I didn't bother to find a new "hair babe" from the website. I found a cheaper place closer to my home with fewer gimmicks.

I had Stephanie and she did not disappoint, I had an idea and she worked with me the whole time so I received the exact cut I wanted.

Worst haircut ever. Never again. The only way ImSergio can right this wrong is with a full refund including tip.

First time at the Philly location. Most excellent service and changed my cut style. Morgan was the stylist and I felt great after, however I do not ever remember getting as many compliments on a haircut before! Thank you!

I go to the I'm Sergio in conshohocken a lot and sometimes the one in center city and normally it is an amazing job. But today I had a really disappointing haircut and I could tell the hairdresser was trying to rush it as fast as possible, the quality and service was affected, and did not live up to the other haircuts I had there.

I was in Philly on business and needed a haircut, and nearby I’m Sergio had good ratings as did their stylist Morgan. So I made an appointment with her. I explained to Morgan exactly the cut I wanted (close on the sides with a fade) and she gave me exactly what I asked for. One of the best haircuts I’ve had. She was attentive to specific details and very pleasant to talk to. I wish she was my regular stylist. I highly recommend Morgan.

After waiting 20 minutes part my scheduled appointment i left. The stylist i was to see took over a half hour to shave a bald man's head. He was bad when i came in, 15 minutes early to my appointment

I reserved an appointment online at midnight and had no problem getting in that morning. I went with Morgan based on previous reviews and she was very attentive and practical. The prices were certainly reasonable based upon quality.

This place has a cool vibe, they serve you a beer or soda when you arrive. The atmosphere is warm and friendly and the esthetics are attractive.

The major issue I had was a 45 minute shave that left me with a weird mustache, patches of hair and a half dozen nicks.

I've been going to I'm Sergio for about a couple years now. The staff is always very friendly and I can always get a great cut. I can definitely recommend I'm Sergio to anyone who is looking for somewhere to get a quality cut for a decent price.

Morgan from Long Beach, CA is great! I’ve gotten pretty particular about my hair, so much so that I hadn’t cut it in over a year because I liked the last cut so much. Morgan was quick, helped me achieve the look I desired, and did so while I enjoyed a complimentary beer! Great hours, location, staff and amenities that made this an experience I’ll definitely return to.

First cut in Philadelphia. Had an appointment with Morgan. She listened attentively as I answered her question of what I wanted done. Awesome results. A clean cut.

They got me in without a reservation late on a weekday. The haircut was good and no issues with the exoeriencetreatment while there. For those interested, they serve beer.

Great find. They got me right in and Morgan did a great job of cutting my hair, exactly as I wanted. Price was very reasonable for the quality of service and the extras. (no one smelled like cigarettes)

Really needed a hair cut so I thought I would try this place out. Got there right as they opened and was able to get in. Got "The Cut" and I didn't realize it came with the hot towel, which is always nice. My hair dresses did a great job and was nice. About the price you would expect for the service and location. One thing I wish I had know before going is they serve beer. I would have gone later and had myself one. Ill be going back.
