Imagine - Custom T-Shirt and Embroidery Printing Store, Whitehall PA

Had two last minute shirts screen printed same day and they came out beautiful. Also, had a shirt customized about 4 years ago and the print has not come off, not even peeling off. Very good quality.

Ridiculously over over prices. I recommend buying online somewhere else if you dont need it immediately

AWEFUL! Had 2 shirts made here for a family reunion. Provided the paper to the young man showing the EXACT spelling that should be on the shirt. He spelled the last name wrong. We didn't realize until a family member pointed it out. (So embarrassing). Today when I found out I called and spoke with the manager who was completely unprofessional and stated raising his voice after I told him what happened. He argued with me over the phone and refused to refund us or make a different shirt when we got back even though it was HIS stores mistake! He said to bring the family reunion shirts back in to the store so he can fix it after I already told him that we were in FLORIDA at the family reunion. He told me that was the ONLY option. NEVER GOING TO THIS STORE AGAIN! The manager was VERY RUDE and unprofessional to argue and TALK OVER ME over a mistake his store made! He did NOT even say "ma'am I am sorry for the inconvenience, can I assist you with a partial refund or make a different shirt for you since your family reunion is over? " He said he can ONLY make a change to our current reunion shirt even though THE REUNION WOULD BE OVER by the time I got back. WOW. What a complete JOKE!

Awesome and speedy service! The guys are super helpful. I got some shirts screen printed here for a class project and they were awesome! I also recently got my graduation stole embroidered and screen printed here. It looks so amazing and it was way cheaper to get it done here than it was from the actual website I ordered my stole from.
I highly recommend Imagine for all your embroidery and screen printing needs!

DO NOT give this store your business. The screen printed t-shirts look good for one day. After the first wash, they fade significantly (even if you follow the employee instructions on how to wash). And the owner does not offer refunds- in fact he insulted me by calling me a "tread" because I informed him I would report his business to the better business bureau. Poor quality products and extremely poor customer service, will never do business again.

This is a good service if you need a small quantity of one-off items done. During several visits, I've noticed that it is impossible to have any embroidery done on the weekend due to the staff's lack of training. (or fear of ruining the item) All other instances they have done a descent job (mon-fri) for fun gift items. Not my first choice for corporate level work.
