Disgraceful, honestly. Set up a catering for my employees holiday party. Got email confirmation from Bob and everything. First email he sent me was the wrong holiday platter. Had to correct him and tell him that’s not the one we discussed over the phone, to which he sent me another email with the correct invoice and meal. Well, today guess who didn’t show up. When I called, Bob simply told me “I don’t know, I don’t have you on the calendar. I’ll see what I can do. ” Probably not make an entire turkey meal in 4 hours, that’s for sure. So disgusted. Thank god I at least hadn’t paid for it yet. Just avoid. I have an entire disappointment team now.

We opted for the brunch package for our baby shower, and it was a fantastic choice. Bob, our point of contact, was incredibly responsive and accommodating when it came to making some special menu adjustments. The team arrived punctually, with everything set up well before our event began. We decided to pay the additional fee for a staff member to stay, and it was worth every penny. The staff was not only pleasant but also incredibly attentive to our needs.

Now, let's talk about the food - it was exceptional. The French toast was particularly delicious, and the pastries surpassed the typical continental assortment. All of this came at an affordable price, which was a pleasant surprise. We can't thank Bob and the staff enough for helping us create such wonderful memories during this special occasion!

Perfection! I will NEVER use anyone else. The food (so much food!) was incredible. Steaks cooked perfectly. The service was so professional and polite. I didn’t lift a finger and was able to enjoy the party with my guests. When the party was finished my kitchen was spotless! Thank you SO much Bob and Lisa!

Bob's food is top notch. We used him for my daughter's wedding in 2021 and liked him, his staff and his food so much that we used him again last weekend (June 2023). He is very accommodating and quickly returns calls. You won't be disappointed.

Bob and his team catered my wedding of 140 people and did a FANTASTIC job. The food was amazing, the staff was amazing, and the prices were so reasonable for the quality we received. We could not have been happier with our catering through Imperial Caterers

Great food and great service. I reached out to Bob a few weeks before my event when my original caterer fell through. He customized a menu that met our needs perfectly. Food was delivered and set up right on time. Our guests thoroughly enjoyed the food (and commented on how wonderfully displayed the fruit tray was) We ordered food for 30 but could have easily fed 50 with the large portions. Payment options online made the whole process so easy. We will definitely be calling Imperial again. Highly recommend!
