This training facility is top notch. I train with Austin and he is by far one of the best trainers I've ever worked with. He has helped me shed fat while building some nice muscle and all in a matter of weeks. He knows all about building muscle in the proper way and the nutrition tips to get you there. Yes, he does push me at times, but not to the point where I don't want to come back for another session! You will not be disappointed if you trust them with your fitness goals.

Eight months ago, in search of a personal trainer, I was lucky enough to come upon this website and read other testimonials from people who have had success working with Chester County Training. Those testimonials compelled me to call. My life has completely changed since that phone call. After a lifetime of struggling with weight issues, I've lost more than 60 pounds.

Having had success in other areas of my life, I was often embarrassed about why I couldn’t manage my weight issues. Balancing food, exercise and a busy work schedule was overwhelming, and we are commercially inundated with misleading nutrition information including tricky food labels, fad diets, and artificial foods. What makes Adam unique from other trainers is that he also teaches you about food and nutrition. I now have a much better understanding of food and how much nutrition impacts my health, and frankly, it’s really not that complicated.
Adam was also able to quickly figure out how to motivate me and customized our sessions which pushed me to do more than I thought I could. He is not only your trainer, but also becomes your teacher, coach, confidant, and friend. Every session is different, challenging and yes, even fun! You can feel and see yourself becoming stronger each week. Adam takes a genuine interest in you and your success. I never imagined I could be this fit and healthy and enjoy working out.

One Chick-fil-A breakfast chicken biscuit. One order of hash browns. One Chick-fil-A chicken sandwich. One order of waffle fries. That was my breakfast and lunch on a Friday. The following Monday I had my first session with Chester County Personal Training (CCPT).

I’m not overaggerating to say that Brooke and Adam have changed the course of my life. For example, my resting heart beat has decreased by about 10 beats per minutes since I’ve been working out. Over the course of a year that’s approximately 5.2 million fewer beats my heart is taking each year. I can only believe that the reduced strain on my heart will yield dividends in the future.

They’ve provided me with the tools to lead a healthier lifestyle. They have assisted me with not only the physical training aspect, but also with coming up with a food plan that works. It’s really about knowledge to make better choices with your eating.

I’ve already seen the results and I’ve been extremely impressed by Brooke and Adam. One of the most important aspects of coming to CCPT is the fact that they make it fun. Going to the gym is ‘work. ’ This is not work. It’s become a habit for me that I look forward to. They can also help you with getting to your goals. On one of my first sessions I mentioned that I’d never done a pull up. Not one. Ever. During my last session I did three. I’m probably not going to qualify for any Strong Man competitions in the near future but this was an important milestone for me.

I have been working with Adam and Brooke since the beginning of August (2.5 months), and I have loved every minute of it. Not only have I lost over 40 pounds in that time, yes, you read correctly, 40 pounds, I have also learned to look at food as fuel and not as a treat, a social necessity, or anything else that provides an excuse to overeat. The workouts are a highlight of my day, and I can't imagine not working with them, even after I reach my goal weight. The support, encouragement, and relationships developed are priceless. I encourage anyone wanting to be stronger, better conditioned, lose weight, or all of the above to give them a call. I can't say enough great things about either of them. They have truly changed my life.

Adam and Brooke are great! They encourage with respect and can easily know when you can do more and push you to do so. They come to my company to do group sessions and more people keep wanting to join the group because everyone is so stoked about the workouts. I would definitely recommend them!
