Inch & Co. Property Management, York PA

By far the worst PM we have ever used. If you're a landlord and expect to make any money whatsoever, you are kidding yourself if you use Inch. Not only are they terrible at actually managing the property, but they will find every way possible to charge fees (and hefty ones) for ANY service which results in extremely low or no monthly income to the owner.

My family and I were recently denied during an application process for one of your available units. I tried different methods of communication to no avail, so I decided to write this review. The whole process has been completely automated and not once did anyone speak directly to me although it is stated on your site that these matters are handled on a case by case basis. All I wanted was to speak to an actual person and explain our story but even the decision email was automated as it stated good afternoon in the greeting and the email was sent at 9am. I am more than just a transaction ID and have never felt such a lack of human touch in a company in a longtime, especially a rental company. Going forward you should definitely humanize your process and speak to your potential tenants.

One month later and NO ONE has reached out. Just so you are aware of this company.

I have been with Inch & Co for almost a year now. Great experience so far. When there have been any issues reported they responded and took action quickly. I love the property itself and the location. I have not experienced anything short of a welcoming journey. I look forward to staying as long as we can. The school district is amazing (Dallastown), the neighborhood is clean and very well maintained.

I find it difficult to get in touch with someone, while I understand a great deal that they may be busy. I asked for my electric to be looked at/ fixed, since it has been a problem at move in, no response. I don't know who is deciding to let certain things be swept under the rug. When the tenant is paying rent, utilities, they have rights.the right to clean (no infestation), working electric, running hot/ cold water. M5 Fair Housing Act.warranty of Habitability.

Heather Saylor is so responsive and awesome to work with. Her team member Erica Wills, always gets back to me promptly and is so helpful. Inch & Co pm company is top notch.

Her team has been the best I have experienced. I have referred many people to this team. They set the standard. Top notch property management team. She hires exceptional staff. Robin is top notch.

Been here at our home for 15 years now. Inch and company (ELISHA) are doing an awesome job. Always answers text and calls lightning fast, and making sure things are addessed for all our neighbors. AND LISTENED TO AN OLD MAN VENT.

Inch & Co. Property Management have done an amazing job managing my rental. The communication is always quick and responsive in handing any questions or updates. I definitely recommend them if you are looking for a property manager.

Lindsey is a great property manager who is responsive to emails and works with homeowners to find an equitable solution for any issues that arise.

They're professional, super responsive, and leave me very little to do when it is all said and done.
