Independence Foot and Ankle Associates LLC, Lansdale PA

After a 3-month long battle with Covid-19, I came out with nerve damage in my left foot. As a result, my left foot is paralyzed from the ankle down. Dr. Siegle performed numerous tests on it that were above and beyond what was done in the hospital. Dr. Siegle did a thorough exam and had some very important additions to make toward my diagnosis. More importantly, he explained the tests I needed in order to properly determine where (in my body) the source of the nerve damage is. I am forever amazed at how good this doctor is. Dr. Siegle is a gem.

Great experience for what needed to be done. Sons ingrown nail was very uncomfortable and he was very nervous.all options explained clearly, and simply. Clean environment, pleasant staff, safety precautions made us feel safe.

Today was my first appointment for an issue with my foot. I came in prepared with my internet searches. You know a doctor's dream (enter eye roll here). Dr. Cichelli listen to me, affirmed my findings and never once made me feel silly with my thoughts and ideas. He explain what was happening with my foot and why. He sat with me for an extended period of time I felt like I was his only patient. We had an easy, competent and educated conversation. He was beyond fantastic. I was heard, understood, seen and a plan was made. I have been to other doctors for foot issues. They gave me a shot and sent me on my way, never explaining anything. This was nothing like that! He laid out options and we formulated a plan that was best for me based on his recommendations. We also talked about "if this doesn't work what is next" plan. I feel excited and hopeful. I will recommend Independence to everyone who will listen. I wish all doctors I encountered where like Dr. Cichelli. Thank you!

Was happy to get an appt quickly. Everyone at the office was super nice, Johnny is great! Dr Segal was friendly, caring and showed me the issue with my foot so that I understood the underlying cause. Very satisfied and will recommend him to my friends if they hsave any foot or ankle problems.

My daughter was there a week and ahalf ago, they never sent a script over to the compound they use. I have been trying to get it since last Thursday, was promised a call back on that day. Never got one. Called Friday about it again, was told I would get a call back within an hour. 3 hours later I couldn't get a hold of anyone. To find out the script was never put in. Its now Tuesday, the doctors office told me they would over the cost to overnight it. And the compound has no directions for the overnight shipment. I looked at all these reviews and I don't understand how the service and miscommunication happened. Very unhappy and upset!

Surgery went well; will schedule my next surgery after fully healed from this one. Doctor was great!
