Independence Foot and Ankle Associates LLC, Blue Bell PA

This has been by far the worst experience in my life. I did not even get into the appointment so I cannot speak on the actual experience with the doctors. I got dropped off there in an uber to the location ON GOOGLE and ON ALL THEIR PATIENT EMAILS and it did not take me to the right place. I cannot walk long distances and I do not drive. I was in this building with no one who spoke english and no one could help me. I repeatdly tried to call the foot and ankle to let them know I was there and could not find their suite. NO ANSWER. I left voicemails etc come to find out their phones do not ring at that location? That makes a lot of sense. They finally called me rudely and asked where I was and if I was showing up- I said that I have been there for 30 min looking for the office. They then said they could not get me in the wheelchair I had to walk all the way around to them and then I can use the wheelchair. Complete incompassionate people- lucky they can walk good. Finally I got them to come get me because at this point I was crying my eyes out feeling stranded because my phone was about to die. They then said to wait where I was they were coming to get me. I waited 20 minutes no one came so thankfully after asking 3 strangers someone finally let me use their phone to call my dad to call my friend to call me an uber. It was an awful experience and I suggest you do not listen to the directions to this place. Good luck finding it and the front desk is AWFUL!

This practice was wonderful. The staff was friendly and helpful and was able to get me an appt.quickly. The appointment ran on schedule and I was conveniently able to get an X-ray in the same building. Dr. Siegel was very friendly, took his time with me, and explained things thoroughly. Really efficient, great experience.

Dr. C always provides me an update on my feet. He orders test when needed. He has an easy-going manner too! He knows his job well!

Dr. Evan Cichelli is a great doctor who listens and addressed any concerns I had quickly. He also included education very effectively during my visit. The office is very clean and the staff are very helpful and respectful.

Doctor and medical assistant were great. Wait time was excellent. Reception staff were not very helpful in scheduling follow-up appointment and even though I had pre-registered, I was required to fill out forms answering the same questions again and then again with the medical assistant.

Dr. C is one good dr he listens an is willing to do what ever it takes to make his patients happy but that goes for the whole office. The girls at the front are great also the nurses are great and they take their time to make sure your feet are good and looking good pedicure good! The office in bluebell is the best.

Everyone is super nice.johnnie is amazing and dr.cichelli is AMAZING.from the first time i walked in the office he was nothing but caring and supportive of my decisions.

I went here for the first time last week and it was great. They sent new patient paperwork to me by email so I was able to fill it out before and just hand that in. Made the process much faster and smoother. The assistant and doctor made me feel comfortable and told me a lot of information about my feet that I would not have known otherwise. Overall, very satisfied with my time here.
