This is a very charming hotel in a great location. Very clean hotel. Customer service was outstanding all of the team members were pleasant and welcoming. This is the best hotel I've stayed in in a very long time.

Thank you so much for a lovely stay.

Very much enjoyed our stay - the staff were excellent - the breakfast was pleasant - the location convenient to the historic sites and local restaurants. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Thank you!

Perfect location. We were worried about parking on a one way narrow street, but they have loading parking right out front. We paid for parking through the hotel and were given a pass to park in a garage just around the corner for a very reasonable price. The staff were amazing! Super friendly, always saying hello and very helpful. Our room was clean and the free breakfast was just what we needed to start out our day.

A lovely hotel, fully updated! We asked for a quiet room and late check out ahead of time and the manager kindly took care of it. We had a wonderful stay! All the staff was super friendly.

I’d definitely stay here again! I enjoyed the spacious/clean room with high ceilings, proximity to the tourist sites, friendliness of the staff, breakfast included in the price, coffee/tea in the lobby, etc. They also give a coupon for a decently priced garage that’s a block away. I just wish the water pressure in the shower was a bit stronger.

This owner does not have accommodations for disabled persons. Even though they have a ramp, the double door only opens on one side. I don't even have a wheelchair but a walker and it was a horrible trying to squeeze my walker thru the door. I believe this violates the The American with Disabilities Act

I'm working in Camden NJ but have never been to Philly so I figured I would stay downtown. Glad I found this gem. Walking distance to tons of restaurants and most attractions. Front desk guy was really nice and helpful. Parking is reasonable. Room is fairly small but very well appointed. I took a nap earlier and the bed was very comfy. I will update if things change over the next couple days but first impressions are very good.

Pretty nice hotel located in Old City Philadelphia. Clean rooms and friendly staff. Parking is in a garage about a block away (fee added to your bill). There is a 30 min loading/unloading zone in front of the hotel. Complimentary breakfast and afternoon cookies. Hotel has a small section of drinks and snacks to purchase. Located directly across from the Museum of the American Revolution and only a couple blocks to Independence Hall and Liberty Bell.

My boyfriend and I usually stay at Air BnBs when we go on a trip, but for his birthday I wanted to make it special and booked us a stay at this hotel. I absolutely loved it and so did he. It was so clean and very nice and quiet. The room was small but perfect. The bed was comfortable and you can actually smell the detergent on the clean sheets. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. Complimentary breakfast at hotels always deserve 5 stars in my opinion. We also loved how close it was to everything we wanted to go see, the museums and all the touristy areas. We didn't want to leave. It was absolutely amazing and definitely coming back and recommending it to friends!

Hotel was very clean and front desk gentleman working first shift was friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was satisfactory and it was nice to have coffee, fruit infused water and cookies out. My only complaint is that the AC didn’t feel to be working at its best- Philly was going through a heat wave so I took only one star off. Great place to stay that is walking distance to museums and restaurants.

Not an ordinary Best Western. I used my points to get the price down. Close to I-95, it was easy to pull up in front, though still on the road, and get a temporary loading pass and 24-hour parking tag for a nearby garage, just around the corner. Everything seemed to be fresh and brand new, with beautiful touches. Our room on the second floor was small but sufficient. The window looked onto a small courtyard. It was so dark it was hard to tell what time of day it was, unless you looked up to the sky. Coffee and tea in the room was k-cups. The TV was high on the wall with a large number of channels and an easy remote. We had a large shower stall with floor drain, 5 bottles of shampoos, etc. Every member of the staff greeted us cheerfully. Breakfast in the Atrium had many choices, all well done. (Someone actually made waffles for us.) We wanted to go to the Museum of the American Revolution (a must see), which was right across the street. We also went to Independence Hall and several other sights a short walk nearby. It was July 3-4th, so there were many activities both days. We went to Bourse Food Hall for Philly Steaks, and The Franklin Fountain for ice-cream. We saw fireworks along the river. I feel like we did a lot in less than 24 hours. Everything went smoothly!
