This is our home away from home. Favorite place ever. The activities on the weekends from stuff for kids to adult hay wagons and bands on holiday weekends, best place ever. 10/10 highly recommend!

We were pleasantly surprised by our visit! We have a camper and this is our first season, but we’ve been to several campgrounds. Upon arrival, the site I had booked was wetter than they’d like, so they moved us (which was great!). Our new site was bigger than any other site we’ve been to. We had space and weren’t packed like sardines. The live band that played was great too! We’ll visit again!

Beautiful campground for family camping. We enjoyed our time between Jamboree events kayaking swimming and fishing in the river.

Didn't get to anything. We got routed there due to a tree down. It was nighttime and we were in a semi. 2 awesome guys in the parking lot helped us get backed around and out. Would like to go and stay. Must be great because the parking lot was full!

The campground itself was great, the bathrooms were clean (hot water included), 2 bathrooms were near the river tents which last day were a bit dirty. The Owner was very welcoming and nice. I really do recommend this campground it felt safe, you can let the kids run around while you see them from your site. RIVER - you have to be careful with the river, there’s some spot near the edges that were deep.

This was a great stop for us for an over night stay. The sites are tight and the entrance could use some gravel for the pot holes. Otherwise all was perfect and would return.

Was our first trip with new camper. Staff was very friendly and even upgraded us to a full hookup pull through site due to other site being wet from recent rain.

Campground was great and very quite and family friendly. Our son loved the playground and had a blast riding his bike around. Awesome views and a right along a great section of the river.

Also only about 15 minutes from Knobels which was the reason for our trip. Had a blast at the campground and will be back for sure.

Asher is so very cute and nice. He works there. This campground is so luxury, the bathrooms are made of gold.

Have not felt welcome from the time we checked in. Was hollered at for speeding when In fact was doing the speed limit but yet the staff was allowed to speed through the campground. Was told that we looked like we were on drugs when that was completely false. But other campers were allowed to be drunk and loud til 1 am. Other grown adult campers are very disrespectful. Only good thing was the few that actually helped when we didn’t have contact with some of our kids who went kayaking. Had absolutely no problems last year but this year was the last for us. Definitely will not be back

Fabulous campground! A lot of RV availability, and tents! Pets are welcome (just clean after them), they offer a military discount and are LGBT friendly; just watch your speed (Casey Jones)! Anything over 5MPH is seriously frowned upon.

I wish I could work here!

Great place to camp. Right along the susquehanna with river access at back of the camp. Drinking is allowed which is a plus for some people. For the most part staff is friendly and helpful. There were a few though that need to work on their people skills. Maybe be alittle friendlier considering people pay you money to stay at your campground.

Love it here! The new owners, this being their second season, are amazing! They've really cleaned up and made so many additions and improvements. Activities for all ages all day, every day on the weekends. They don't disappoint!

We booked here on a whim for a last-minute trip to visit Knoebels. The campground's proximity to the amusement park is about 10 minutes and not a bad drive at all.

We called about 2 weeks before our chosen weekend and were surprised to find vacancy for our 32-foot travel trailer. A few days later, a friend expressed interest in camping.so we call back to see if we could get them in next to us, and they were able to put them in to the site next to ours. If we would have been smart when we got there, these sites in the K area are well suited for buddy camping or buddy sites.

The sites in the K area are long, but lack in width with just enough room for your travel trailer and a picnic table. We were able to park both of our vehicles, a Ram 2500 and a Chrysler Town and Country, on the site. I am hoping to see more full hookup sites at the campground. (Personally, I think just having 50 Amp back in sites with pump out service would be great.)

The campground itself is beautiful, although it's first impression isn't the greatest. I found the entrance to be.confusing I suppose. There was a sign out front that had the campground name, but the office could use some external signage facing the road to give incoming visitors and idea of where they should stop to check in. The river access is amazing, I wish our trip was long enough to take advantage of Fishing Creek and the Susquehanna River. Boat and fishing rentals are available if you don't have any.

This campground is very kid friendly. They had all kinds of activities planned for the weekend. The playground is very nice with an assortment of jungle gyms, tree houses, slides, swings and more. We were lucky to have neighbors that didn't have children there with them, but also didn't mind the 7 kids we had running around in our group. If you visit here, I will warn that you too should be kid friendly.

I saw no issue with pets either. The owner visited our site (on my request as I had a low tire and needed some air) and he treated my pup like it were his, not a blip of question. I found this to be refreshing instead of having my 40-pound dog instantly be treated like a villain. Please, for the love of everything, clean up after your pet. It is your responsibility, not the campgrounds or other campers.

Lastly, we will be returning. I have my eye on Father's Day Weekend, I just have to convince the wife. I don't think it will be that hard to do.

See you soon Indian Head!

Perfect campground on the river. Activities for kids and adults. Nice enough shower house. Staff was excellent and so kind and accomodating. We will definitely return for a longer stay.

Came in to the campground and instantly got talked to for going too fast, I showed respect to the owner and said my fault about that. I followed the speed limit, then I proceeded to get talked to again. I said sorry after the 2nd time again. No hatred to the owner just was a bad first impression. Other than that the campground is super nice looking and I would recommend camping there.
