Beware before you go here! We are struggling with our severely ill pup. We were in 12 hours prior and received medication. We then called to get our dog in the next day as he was getting worse and the receptionist Carrie was EXTREMELY rude! She actually hung up on my husband (mind you he was very courteous with her) and then would not pick up when we tried calling back. I’m still shocked at the childish behavior, especially when you are dealing with people who are already hurting. We were up all night in tears and this is how we are treated Very heartless, go elsewhere!

Called on Saturday 3/18 and spoke to Carrie. She was kind, patient and very helpful! Got my new pet scheduled for an appointment when most area hospitals aren’t taking new clients. She answered all my questions and was so helpful!

Very Very expensive, still waiting for test results. I can understand why most people can't afford to take their pet to a vet. Test results were very bad, I had to put her down. They took care of the euthanasia and cremation. I received a packet with her ashes and paw print, very nice. A couple days later I received a sympathy card in the mail with all employees writing a little something. I change my original 3 star rating to 5 star+. Thank you for your thoughtfulness.

Incredibly deceiving business. Usually when you are working with a client you inform them on what costs are involved with certain procedures. In this instance, my vet performed “procedures” not informing me of the charges that come with it. He kinda of just went through the motions like it was normal protocol. I saw my bill and I was charged 50.00 just for some eye drops to check for scratches. Now it is not the money necessarily that’s upsets me. It’s the fact I wasn’t asked. We want to check for scratches in her eye but it will be a 50.00 charge is that ok? Then I would have made that decision myself. Unfortunately I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone they are all about the money.

Offered me an appointment same day. Doctor was nice and willing to explain and answer any questions. Visit was quick

This place was great! I had just moved & my pup hurt her paw. I tried 5-6 places. Fully booked, can't help you, etc. They got us in ASAP. People were wonderful. Gentle, patient with my dog. She's a rescue, I wasn't sure how she'd behave. I cannot say enough good things about the Dr & ALL the staff!

We were looking for a small, friendly vet and this seems to be the place. Great customer service and follow up.

Staff always extremely friendly and helpful. I've seen two different veterinarians there and they both are very gentle and soothing to my dogs. They also seem to be sympathetic to your pocketbook and try to guide you on the best health options for your pet without shoving unnecessary treatments down your throat.

Would never take my Furfriends anywhere else. Starting with first contact with reception and techs, so a warm and caring.
Doctors are gentle and very thorough.takes time for questions and never hurried with answers and care. Love you guys!

Staff was considerate and polite. I do feel that they could have paid alittle more attention to the lump I pointed out multiple times.

I was traveling in the area when Willow my 3yr old golden doodle developed a UTI. Indian Valley Animal Hospital gave us an immediate appointment. They didn’t hesitate to assist me knowing full well I was not from the area. They were kind, caring, personable and professional. I highly recommend this facility to those living in the area. I can’t thank them enough for what they did for Willow and I.

Very nice facility. Clean, bright. & cheery. Dr. Wilson is quite a friendly, personable doctor. She was was very gentle with our ailing cat. We were going to another Vet, but have now decided to switch.

I love everything about this place! All the staff here is wonderful and we have never had to wait long to get seen. It is kind of pricey but you get that with any veterinarian. The most important thing is that they really care about your animals and I feel that here.

LOVE IVAH! The staff is caring and very knowledgeable. Dr. Wilson is down to earth, willing to work with you, easy to talk to and actually listens to the pet parents. I would follow her if she ever left IVAH, she is that awesome. Dr. Fraiser is very knowledgeable and soft spoken but knows his stuff. They are reasonably priced as well.

I have a fearful dog who is an abuse survivor. She is a sweet, beautiful soul who gave me her whole heart when she began to trust me, but is very frightened in unfamiliar environments, especially when I'm not with her.

Trips to the vet during this pandemic have, naturally, been particularly difficult for us since I have to wait in the car.

But the staff is kind, friendly, and trustworthy. They're very supportive and prompt. I love that they sent reminder cards when my dog (and cats!) Are due for their vaccines/wellness visits, because life gets in the way sometimes and it's easy for me to lose track of those things!

We love this Family of veterans and technicians they are the best in our are with out a doubt

This is just the nicest, most caring staff at Indian Valley Animal Hospital. Prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend them.

Great vet hospital for your four legged furry friends! They are very professional and always get you in when there is an emergency need. We have been going here for years and wouldn't change Vets even though we moved to Lansdale now. Excellent service and attention to care.

Took my cat here for the first time amd was pleasantly surprised. They did not push additional services or tests like my previous vet. I will be changing my dog to this vet as well!

I stumbled upon this place through adoption. Last year I adopted my beautiful Bella Mia (cat) through the SPCA and this is where she was being temporarily held. I've since had Bella there and my poodle, Priscilla. Both times my babies were rather sick. I'm impressed with their doctors & staff, they are professional, knowledgeable and informative. The clinic is clean, I felt that they took time, they were thorough & answered all of my questions w/o rush. Highly recommend! 5's
