My husband thought that the ad he found sounded like this practice would be a good match for my situation. I live in Florida ten months a year, and stay in Indiana, PA, the rest of the time.
I was a “walk-in” with one hearing device that was not working at all and another that was failing intermittently, and I had been told by the store in FL, where I had bought them, they were out of warranty and could not be repaired.
Much to my surprise, Indiana Audiology personnel repaired one of the devices and sent the other to be repaired! Then I was provided “loaners” that were fantastic!
This was an amazing experience and I am deeply grateful for the courtesy, respect, patient explanations and kindness I was shown throughout this ordeal!

Dr. Weber is excellent. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and the whole office is helpful. They do their best to help ease any anxieties, and they provide wonderful service. I feel lucky to have discovered them.

The staff at Indiana Audiology is friendly and helpful. Dr Webber is knowledgeable and professional and the exam was thorough. She does a wonderful job of explaining the procedures, results and options.

Dr. Webber is super-nice and seems to have the great technology in the field. Moreover, she has been so accommodating to unique situations, as I live on the other side of the world. Before proceeding, she did substantial research to ascertain that there is a vendor for her product lines in Chiang Mai. She would have rejected my sale if she was not totally confident that she could back up the entire patient experience. Indeed I needed to call her in subsequently, and she has stepped right up.
