Very professional and friendly! Answered the phone on the first ring and were happy to help. We live near Ardmore, and have closer options than West Chester…. But this location is well worth the drive and much better experience than our more local option!

Where do I begin to explain the exceptional customer service that my husband and I had received recently from this Infiniti dealership in West Chester Pennsylvania. This Infiniti dealership by far I would highly recommend to anybody looking to have a phenomenal experience from start to finish. My husband and l came from Long Island, NY which is a 4 hour drive for a specific vehicle that they had there on there car lot with a wide selection of Infiniti vehicles. From the beginning when we had spoken to the General Sales Manager Mark Cantino over the phone he had made us feel comfortable right from the start. Then Luis Moreno our Sales Consultant that continued to assist us in every way was incredible as well. When we had arrived to the dealership another  sales consultant greeted us as soon as we walked in asking if we would like something to drink as we wait as well as a women from the management team greeted us and was getting our paper work ready. This sale team all worked well together and every single staff member was beyond professional there. Paul M. Faralli  the Finance Manager helped us through the necessary financial portion of the sale and was very clear with everything. We had felt they weren’t just there for a sale they were there to help us through the necessary steps on the completion of our car purchase. Luis Moreno our Sales Consultant had called that following morning to make sure we made it home safe and had asked how our ride was coming back home. This Infiniti dealership had also showed they care about us as well. The experience was well worth the 4 hour drive.

We have dealt with other Infiniti dealerships else where and by far we highly recommend going to this Infiniti location and experiencing phenomenal customer service and incredible management with an exceptional sales team.

Infiniti of West Chester is the place to go if you need a vehicle serviced, sold, traded in, or purchased. Amanda in the service department is miles-and-above the best Service Advisor I’ve ever worked with. She makes the sometimes frustrating experience of servicing a car smooth and easy, and gives great advice. Vince, the manager of the department, is super helpful and answers any and all questions quickly and has a deep well of knowledge to pull from.

The sales experience is, by far, the best I’ve ever had. Geovanny Perez, my sales executive, is the best salesman, hands down, in all of West Chester. He is polite, kind, knowledgeable, helpful, and his attitude and attention to detail are second to none. With his skills and ability, he was able to get me into a beautiful 2018 Malibu with low mileage at a great price. If you ever need to buy a car, used or new, Geovanny is the man to see!

I’m a long time infiniti owner and i have high standards in regards to service, customer and maintenance alike.i’ve only had a few interactions with WC, but so far, they’ve knocked it out of the park. Amanda and Drew have gone above and beyond for me and my wife.don’t get me wrong, i expect excellent service from infiniti regardless of the dealers location, but these two fine humans are exceptional.change my mind… i’ll wait.
