ive been going here for 3 years and never had a bad experience.i was in a rush and need acrylics with gel french.i got sat with someone I had never seen before, and by the time she was done, the acrylic was so thick and uneven.multiple techs came over, seemed to be yelling at her for what she was doing. 2 days later, a nail breaks off by doing absolutely nothing.when i called to get them fixed, they told me to come in whenever.i started to notice all of the nails baving major gapping at my cuticles, so when i went in to get them fixed, i expressed that.every single tech came over to press my nails to see the gap.they ended up seating me with the same woman who messed up the first time.there was awkward silence and every 5 minutes, someone new would come over and press my nails or grab my hands to show her what was wrong.they ended up completely redoing my set, still be thick and uneven.when i had expressed that i didnt want to pay full price for a new set, they started blaming me as to why the nails were coming up.and then continued to argue that this time its free but if i come in again i have to pay.i shouldnt have had to worry about that when the problem shouldnt have happened in the first place.will finally be changing salons

Don’t bother. Your nails will chip in 3 days and when you go back to get them fixed the owner will argue with you. I literally had the date listed on my calendar the day I went, and she called me a liar. She said it had been two weeks and was trying to charge me for a refill. Super unprofessional calling a customer a liar. I have been getting my nails done for years, I would never go back and expect a free service unless they shouldn’t have chipped that soon! Unreal. I will not be back.

I'm from out of town. They were warm and friendly. My service was great and awesome! If I ever come this way again I will definitely come back here!

Place is very clean & modern. Staff are pleasant. I loved the way Nancy manicured & powder dipped my nails. I'll definitely be going back again.

I had an appointment but still had to wait more than half an hour. The work they did was okay. I got dip and two of my nails had chipped within the first week which has never happened before when I’ve gone to my usual place

Lee, the owner is the most unprofessional person I've ever dealt with in my entire life. I made an appointment a week in advance. I called TWICE to confirm and was told I was all set with Lee. I walked in and told them why I was there and they all instantly started rapidly speaking in Vietnamese. Clearly, there was a problem. After sitting for 20 minutes (I was on my lunch break), I was finally called to the back room. No signs of Lee. Another girl, who was very sweet, attempted to do my lashes. Her hands were shaking. I felt so sorry for her. I should have left then and there. But, I didn't. She then did a horrendous job on my lashes (they looked worse then when I walked in). I expressed my unhappiness with them. She immediately called Lee on the phone, who instructed her to remove them if I wasn't going to pay. I asked to speak to Lee. I said my appointment was with you. Dead silence. No apology, no explanation. I asked if she could come in later and do them. She simply stated NO. I said ''ok, I'm leaving then and of course, I am not paying. These look awful. I'm embarrassed to go back to work''. But, I had no choice. Lee then asked to speak to the other girl and then instructed her to remove the lashes before letting me leave! Are you kidding me? ! As if I was trying to steal her services! Ridiculous! I said to the girl, ''I am not upset with you. I realize she threw you under the bus because she didn't feel like coming in today. However, that said, I'm not laying here while you remove these. I need to go back to work''. Lee continued to scream on speaker at her telling her to remove them! At this point, I was in disbelief. I said ''I'm leaving''. Never to return. I walked out and am still shocked. Lee is the absolute worst! Totally unprofessional! I don't recommend this dump to anyone. P. S. The young man she has answering the phones should take the marbles out of his mouth and learn some manners. He's extremely rude. Probably Lee's son. Runs in the family. What a joke of a "business".
