Customer service is non existent. You will only hear from these people when you owe a bit of rent. If your wandering who to call about the awful maintenance people who or the condition or your property don't waste your time they don't care and won't answer.

Everything about this property management company is DISGUSTING! They’re just in it for the money and never tend to the tenants and their needs. I’ve been having problems with my apartment for YEARS and instead of them trying to help me they duck and dodge me but expect for me to pay rent on time! Just horrible

My name is andrea thomas. I am writing because i am very displeased with the dishonesty of this company and the fact that this company is not fully representing your mission statement. I have been patiently waiting for a unit with your low income apartment The Willows at Hartford. I have been more then understanding regarding the run around. I have been compliant with the paperwork your office manager requested (05/05/2022). Upon receiving communation after 6 months i followed up with my income information. Now, I had already gave my paystubs when requested. I should not have been asked to give recent paystubs because the application started 05/05/2022. I recevied a letter stating that i was not approved due to being over the limit. This is not valid. Burlington counties low income 50%-80% maxiumum is 63,000. I dont make know way near that! I am at 56000 including my child support. I was removed of the list when i know the numbers dont lie. I qualified for that unit. I feel asthough i have been profiled, treated with discrimination! And to add insult to injury the two workers there are very passive aggressive and they cut you off. I will be notify BBB and trenton regarding the treatment i have experiened. I just want to provide a bigger place for my three children. I was so excited when you guys called. And now i have been treated unfairly. I was next on the list! This isnt fair.
