InHome Oxygen & Medical Equipment reviews
5 Business does have a nice selection of medical equipment but parking at this location is not great off Lancaster Ave.
Regardless will no longer do business with this establishment. We purchased a medical ColdPac for a knee surgery on July 1. Did not begin to use till after surgery on July 14. The cold pack began to leak out the freeze material so I returned to this business on August 3 to get a replacement. However the business states that no returns or exchanges after 30 days - including for defective products. This business should have better relationships with their manufacturers especially for defective materials.
Fortunately I did take a picture of the product manufactures info and the company agreed to send a replacement. The only drawback is the ColdPac is needed now and it will take sometime to get the replacement.
Did give this business 2 stars only because they were able to give me a copy of the receipt to share with the manufacturer to facility the warranty claim.
Will NOT return to this business again!
The only place I go for any medical equipment! The ladies are splendid & treat you with full respect, Charlene & Audrey (I believe are their names). The customer service is amazing & the supplies are very affordable if your insurance doesn’t cover it.
Staff is rude, dismissive, unreliable. Needless to say, I no longer use them.
By far the best place to rent equipment for your loved ones in Reading. Super friendly and affordable!
Took my 18 month year old to the doctor last month for some congestion. They told us to get him a nebulizer and that they could provide us with one that day and submit it through insurance. It was a Roscoe dinosaur nebulizer that is selling for $60 shipped on Amazon and $70-80 on online medical sites. A month and a half later I get a bill From InHomeOxygen for $179.97 for the balance due on the nebulizer after insurance paid their portion. The total cost of the nebulizer through this company including what insurance covered was $254.46.which I could have had delivered from Amazon the next day for $60 shipped, but was talked into running it through insurance. Scumbags.
