Great place to stay I was at a wedding the wedding was great the room is great the service was

My family and I were pleasantly surprised at how nice this place is! I'm used to staying in known name-brand hotels like Hilton, Marriott, Hyatt, etc. The customer service and the way the rooms were beats most of these chains. The room was clean, smelled clean, and had everything we needed. I will say the double "Queen" beds seemed more like Full size, but it did not make or break my stay. The front attendant, an older gentleman with gray hair, was absolutely wonderful from beginning to end. I wish I could remember his name. He empathized on our not-so-great car ride and gave us a great parking spot since we were leaving early in the morning around 7. I'll add, we arrived at midnight. He was so gracious and kind, and let us know to inform him if it became loud in our room since there was a wedding party. We never heard any noise. He even checked on us when we were having breakfast. We were there only 1 night for a tournament and my daughter was competing. When we left he wished us luck. I highly recommend this place, and would stay again! Maybe one day they'll add a pool.:)

The check in place is not where you think it will be.

My room was pretty nice. It had no real flaws.

We stayed there for one night while passing through. A great house with great facilities. Kind and courteous. We were only there one night and would have liked to have spent more because it was so good. Breakfast was very exemplary, even with metal cutlery and crockery and no cardboard or plastic. Thumbs up for that.

We went to dinner to celebrate our birthdays and the food, service, and ambiance were excellent!

The service and food was great. The brunch was varied and delicious. The facility is beautiful and relaxing. We were all very happy with our get together and the location we picked.

Clean rooms and hotel common areas. Breakfast area was clean and well stocked. All of the staff were very friendly. I was pleased with my stay.

Made 2 reservations and had to cancel 1,9 days in advance, and they told me tough luck, your not getting a dime back,

Our first time visiting the area for business. I was pleasantly surprised and comfortable with the hotel upon arrival. The staff are very polite and helpful. The hotel lobby had a welcoming feeling with the Christmas tree and classic decor. The rooms were clean and comfortable. When I visit for business again i plan to stay here.

Quiet room, even when they held two large weddings on the premises. Comfortable room. Great shower. Good bed. If you're also a hot sleeper, the mattress might leave you feeling a bit over-heated in the middle of the night.

Good breakfast. Great property, nice to walk around while having a smoke. Plenty of parking. Great restaurant for dinner.

Convenient to Chaddsford, Longwood, Kennett Square, and northern Delaware. Plenty to do and other good restaurants just a short drive away.

Breakfast was good with the usual fare. The breakfast room attendants gave excellent service. The room was next to the road yet was very quiet. The shower had excellent water pressure with instant heat. Not many were staying here at the time and everyone was over 60 so the neighbors were quiet.

Tavern next door great drinks and appetizers. Barkeep Billy great. Resturant great food and attentive waiter Andy. Don't miss this place!
