7 Everything about this charming Inn was exceptional. Jay and Sharon made you feel at home from the moment you walked in to the time you left. The room was welcoming and very comfortable. The little touches they add through from candy dishes to toiletries just added to the charm. Breakfast was amazing. I hope to go back again someday.

Jay and Sharon make excellent hosts for their gem of a B&B. We stayed with our two dogs for a night on our travels home from Canada. The Inn is beautiful, the room clean and stocked with toiletries in case you forget something, the bed is comfortable, the temperature is perfect, and the breakfast was delicious. They even had treats for our dogs (which they loved). We would stay again!
Thanks to Jay and Sharon for a wonderful stay. Our daughter slept in and missed the breakfast (served on the wide front porch), and Sharon made a lovely to go box. When our daughter told Sharon how much she liked the homemade banana bread, Sharon made up another to go bag of it. Great place to make a base to explore this beautiful area.
This B&B is a lovely experience. Clean rooms with everything you need and even extra things you maybe wouldn't think of, a nice touch. The owners are very friendly and they truly go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and accommodated. The breakfast is delicious as well! If you're in need of a nice comfortable bed anywhere in the Port Allegany/Smethport area be sure to check it out!
The hosts were wonderful, rooms are beautiful and the food was great. The homemade Cinnamon muffins and banana bread were our favorite. Would definitely stay there again.
