Insomnia Cookies, Philadelphia PA

Order placed at 7: 45pm for 12 cookies, Insomnia called about 2 hrs later and said they are running behind, (no big deal), 45 minutes go by, Insomnia called again to apologize they are running further behind and that they would be sending extra cookies for the inconvenience. (Ok Great!) COOKIES DID NOT SHOW UP TILL AFTER 5 HRS FROM ORDER PLACED. ON TOP OF THAT, WE ONLY GOT 9 COOKIES. Called Insomnia cookies to express our displeasure. They had told us they had sent 2 boxes of cookies. THE UBER DRIVER, STOLE THE OTHER BOX OF COOKIES. UNREAL!

Went here last night - the person helping us was really nice. We were both anxious/awkward but they were pretty cool. Hope they’re doing well.

Also, a word of advice: it is inside a UPenn building (Houston Hall), downstairs. You have to have a student badge to get inside, as the doors are locked (at least at night, we were there 8: 30/9pm). It was torture because I couldn’t figure out where it was but I could SMELL THE COOKIES outside. I felt like a bloodhound. Finally I saw a student going inside and we caught the door before it shut and got inside. Probably not supposed to do that, but I walked 15 min for cookies and I wasn’t leaving without them. They were worth it, very delicious!

I wish I could give more than 5 out of 5 stars to your incredible employee Leah! She was so warm and professional while serving us, even in the midst of fielding numerous customer phones calls and deliveries! If there is any way to give her a raise, a promotion, or both, please do! Thanks so much for all that you do, Leah! You made our whole night!

Great service, kind workes and I don't have to say anything about quality. Everything is perfect!

Order never arrived. We received a text notification that the cookies were on the way after an hour. We called an hour later and were told that was a mistake and that the order was leaving the store then. We called an hour later to cancel the order. My wife cried and I’m still waiting on my money to be refunded

The cookies were delicious and still warm! They were quite greasy though. The store was clean and looked nice. The service was not the fastest unfortunately. There were three employees but they did not serve or address the people in line immediately.

Great cookies always warm and fresh, They even have milk available to go with them totally worth a visit anytime

Always there to save my life at the late hours of the night. Love the chocolate chunk cookies, and the snickerdoodles are smack, too. This location is a bit difficult to get to after 8pm, due to locked doors. I am pretty sure ID must be shown to get into Houston Hall if it's late at night. Either way, cookies always hit different at 12: 30 am.
