Inspire Pottery Studio reviews
12If you’ve ever wanted to learn to throw pottery, or if you’re looking for something fun to do, go here! We did their “date night” and had an amazing time! The teachers were fantastic, the place was so inviting and we made two beautiful pieces. We will absolutely be back!
Great people, great class, and overall a great experience! Definitely would love to go back.
Great date nite experience.
Joel was very friendly and did a great job of keeping the class moving and explaining the process as we went.
Highly recommended!
I have to leave a great review for this studio. My 10yo child attended the "date night" package with their Grandpa - it was such a memorable event! Can't wait to pick up their creations in a few weeks. Don't let the label "date night" deter you. This studio is welcoming for singles, or couples of any kind. There were plenty of helpers on staff to make beginners feel at ease. We will visit again!
Had a great time with their date night pottery class! Highly recommend - the instructor was very entertaining, the class was fun and we got to keep the pieces we made!
We had a really fun date night at Inspire Pottery Studio! Joel is an incredible teacher, both for those just learning to throw and for those more experienced. We enjoyed a variety of desserts and hot drinks during our date night pottery class, and we each made two beautiful pieces! The teachers are as kind as they are skilled, and it was a true joy to spend an afternoon there. We hope to be back soon!
I give 5 stars simply for the teacher because he was extremely helpful and kind in the teaching process. However the one staff was very unkind and took over the project without giving helpful tips for me to finish it myself. Her help came across as mostly criticism. I would recommend requesting another staff to help you if you find yourself in this situation.
We had a lovely time doing a one time class at inspire pottery. The teacher (Matt) did an awesome job teaching us and also making it a fun experience. I was very impressed by his teaching style and patience. However, the other staff members were not very patient and not in the least encouraging. Constantly telling you, you can’t do this and that in a way that made you feel like a child. I felt like I was a bother to them when I made mistakes. Though I was excited for the teaching I had received and pottery I had made, I left feeling a little discouraged and disappointed. It was still a good experience, so thank you to everyone!
Great teachers that help and inspire the students. The staff is super friendly and professional. I love this studio.
Joel is great! He is kind and informative. He was able to fire my peices from another studio quickly and allowed me to use his personally glazes. Definitely would recommend anyone to go for the community studio classes or date nights.
I’m sure the product is fine but I never got that far. I booked a date via the website and then was contacted and told that there is no class for that date.
None of the other dates worked so I asked for a refund, which I got minus a processing fee. When I asked about this I received an email with their refund policy with no offer of remediation.
So in short, they sold me a product they didn’t have and then charged me money for a refund.
Kind of soured me on the idea of actually trying to work with this business.
Recommend Lititz Clay Studio as a better alternative.
The teacher was very educated and talented. I appreciated his patience while teaching, a huge difference from my art school days I had a lot of fun, there is just something so therapeutic about getting wet clay through your fingers! I highly recommend, and will definitely go back.
