Within a a few days of purchasing my car I got a nail in one of the tires and also a friend told me they weren't sure if one of my fog lights was working or not (it was fine), so I went back and IAS Service checked everything out and I was on my way in less than 15 minutes. Excellent experience.

I moved to Easton a little over 2 years ago and I frequently drive by IAS. I’m always a little skeptical when going to a new shop. I was greeted by friendly staff to book an appointment. Later, I had to reschedule and they were kind about it. I got my vehicle inspected there (Pa inspection) and they followed up with a few things that will need to be addressed. I received a text when my vehicle was done, along with their findings. Service advisor called and explained a few things with my car. I knew I was due for a brake flush (been putting it off, homeownership isn’t easy) and they picked up on it, which I’m grateful for. Felt a difference in braking and it’s amazing. The repair cost was very reasonable. They took great of my care of my car. The service advisor also asked about general maintenance of the car so they have a record and he was very understanding that I maintain my vehicles (diy guy). I like they do this sort of thing; I never heard anyone else doing that.

I definitely recommend this shop, 5 stars and 100%. For me personally, it’s now my go-to shop.

Until my recent purchase at IAS, I don’t think I’ve ever had a car buying experience that’s been anything other than stressful and aggravating. However, the experience at IAS was the polar opposite. Mike, Adam, and Issac were helpful, informative, courteous, kind, and downright fun. Mike answered all my questions honestly and directly. If he didn’t have an answer, he did his best to obtain it for me; no car salesperson shady weirdness, no bro-splaining, just straightforward and customer-focused dialogue. Isaac and I had a good time shooting the breeze. Mike and Adam went out of their way to make possible the atypical financing I wanted to set up, and it was all handled in one afternoon with no drama. And, I drove away with a gorgeous car.

Previously, I’d maintained a somewhat misguided loyalty to Fords. Now, I have a new brand loyalty: to IAS. As long as I live in the Lehigh Valley, I won’t buy a car anywhere else. In the words of Tina Turner, IAS is “simply the best, better than all the rest. ”

I've been bringing my "vintage" Volvo S60 to IAS for several years - from M'town NJ (45+miles) - because shop manager, Frank, technician Chris B and others are top notch. They're super honest and do their very best to keep repair costs within my budget, where feasible. Frank even called back one time when the shop was closed to answer our questions. That's saying something. I could go on, but great service with no unreasonable 'upsells' sums it up. ~Ally

I purchased a Volvo from Integrated Automotive Services (IAS) last week. Mike was my terrific, key contact start to finish with a nod to Adam as well. The process could not have been lower pressure and I drove off in exactly the vehicle I wanted. Highly recommend.

I was very impressed with the service I received. I was given step by step details about the work that was being done. Before they even began I was given a price for all that needed to be done and a response was a must before any work was started. They also before they ordered new parts they checked to see if the part or parts that were needed could become made usable. That was a huge money saver. I was so incredibly happy with their service, their work ethic, how they make you feel like you matter, and their honesty. Anytime anyone asks if you know where I can get a reliable previously owned auto or need repairs done, I refer them to Integrated Auto Services (IAS). I have been a customer with them since I purchased my Volvo S60 Turbo in 2009, which I still drive and they thoughtfully repair when needed and I have yet to be disappointed.

IAS have been servicing my older Saabs and Volvos for years. Always thorough and professional. Their new messaging software is state of the art. Chris and the service team are excellent to deal with. Highly recommend for all of your European luxury brands sales and service needs.

I live in an apartment in Easton and I needed to replace my headlight but did not have the tools to remove my battery. I called Integrated and they got me in right away. Thanks guys for always being there.
