IntermixIT is responsive and reliable, no matter how big or how small the IT issue. We recently had an issue and our contact was driving back from Philadelphia. He literally pulled over on to the side of the road, pulled out his laptop, and began working. They treat each help request as very important and respond quickly. I've worked for a few MSP's over the years and I can honestly say none have proven to be as good of a workplace as IntermixIT. I currently work here and I've never been happier at a job in my life.
