2 Always amazes me that every time I have a 1 skid, LTL delivery here, I'm here for AT LEAST 30 minutes - and 30 minutes is on a GOOD day - I've been there for over an HOUR at times to deliver ONE tote. Don't even wanna know how long it would take to have an entire truckload unloaded here.
Safety procedure for deliveries borders on the ABSURD: Wheel chock, dock lock AND air-line lock. And with all that in place, driver must wait INSIDE the entire time (or he will NOT be unloaded), where he has the choice of sitting on either a 5 gallon bucket, or A TOILET, until he is unloaded, unlocked and given signed paperwork.
Man, whoever runs THIS place, I mean. Unbelievable.
Excellent people who serve the drivers when picking up, very kind, especially if you do not speak English very well
