Worst company to work for. Hires people promises to have full staff but ends up only being 2 people instead of a full 5 people like it was suppose to. Then we are to be paid every other Friday and still waiting another week and still haven't gotten paid. Don't work for this company

Management is unethical, I am still waiting on my pay a week later! Supposed to be a 5 man crew only 2 people are working. When I called payroll they hung up on me! Very rude and unprofessional.

If you value getting paid on time and having proper direction and communication for the job, DO NOT WORK HERE. I have worked many places and this by far has to be the most unprofessional and aimless.

I went through a whole months process of “onboarding” for a cleaning position after being fingerprinted and endless information for a background check I was left in the dark I never got a call back even after reaching out to HR. Horrible experience

ITS HORRIBLE! This company needs to be reported to the BBB and the labor board. My daughter worked here for over 3yrs. She was 19 and started in Jan 2020 just before the pandemic. She worked through covid and always showed up for her $14 an hr. She was willing to travel (w/ no compensation) to other buildings to cover for people who quit. She was reliable, thorough, and respectful. She was never given a raise in her time there, even though she asked twice. It was always being reviewed by the bosses. She was there through 3 supervisors and expectations changed with each one yet they were never trained on these new standards.ever. I finally convinced her she was better off leaving. Upon receiving her last check she found they have been charging her $40 a check FOR CLEANING SUPPLIES! What kind of company charges the employees for the supplies they need to do their job? ! Just a trash company! We will be filling complaints and reports with the proper organizations. DO NOT TAKE EMPLOYMENT WITH INTERSTATE!

I started working for this company around March 2022 I was hire by the manager Willie to work in home Depot wherehouse as a cleaning manager. I didn't last 3 months this place is a joke don't work for them they get rid of you for anything. I got fired supposedly because of home Depot was complaining about the cleaning not getting done. My manager Angel never showed me any prove I had spoken to the home Depot general manager hi told me no comment or complaint was against me. But I'm move on I'm a manager still for better company and I get pay more and I don't have to clean bathrooms I have my department. So I just wanted to share my experience with this interstate company. Don't apply here it's a joke and a waisted time. Move on
