Food is great but they're never open and you can't order online and the phone number goes nowhere

This place could do better. I think the pandemic hit hard at this place and since then the food hasn't been so great. Lots of other great pho places around the city than this one but its convenient if you live in the neighborhood.

The food was great and well priced. It seems like this location was understaffed, but they seemed to be doing well with getting the food out in a timely manner.

Horrible. Cannot recommend.
Broth is sooo so weak, it's pathetic. It has a no pho flavor, kind of like the pho instant noodles you can get at Walmart.
My spring rolls were burnt. Inedible.
Clocked at $20 for a small pho and spring rolls and can def say it wasn't well spent.

Not bad for a cash only spot in the city. Was visiting Eastern State penitentiary recently and awesome spot to eat at. Thank you

Prices listed on menu are not what you are charged.

I had been here before months ago, maybe a half year ago and had a decent experience. It seems the place has changed.

Today I went, first off they are now cash only. I ordered two medium pho and one banh mi. Medium pho is listed at $10.95 on the menu and chicken banh mi is listed at $7.95. The total should have been about $30 plus tax. They charged me $38 and some change. I confirmed my order and they confirmed that is indeed the correct charge.

That is way overpriced, im not sure what they are pricing the food at but my order of two pho and 1 banh mi shouldn’t have been even near that.

On top of this they didn’t have change for my $40 (2 $20 bills) so I paid $40 in total.

The food was alright but not great, the veggies for the pho were going bad (turning brown). And the banh mi bread was burnt crisp.

Never going again…

She got no manners and need to relearn her etiquette. Rude and menu price is wrong. She’s on the phone while cooking and it takes a long time for the food to come out

Wow wow wow one of the most flavorful pho dishes I have ever had. Local gem for sure 12/10. And very affordable, ate with a group of 6 for about $10/person *** cash only though!

The food was good. But I’m removing 1 star for each of three payment related issues.
1) the menu prices are wrong. You think the prices are one thing, but then when you go to pay they are higher. Please reflect changes in menu prices or at least tell the customer before they order their food.
2) gave me the incorrect change, $1 short. I counted after I left. She didn’t double check either when she initially counted, and I suspected it was wrong initially but sadly gave her the benefit of the doubt.
3) cash only? The store has signs for credit cards. But then surprises you by only accepting cash.

While I enjoyed the food at first, the incorrect menu prices and what I now suspect was an intentionally incorrect amount of change returned to me— leaves a bad taste in my mouth of dishonesty.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. First I walk in there and she says that it’s credit card only (mind you the phone doesn’t work and they’re constantly closed and don’t go by their business hours) to get cash. Then I go back in and the lady is extremely rude - for reference a small older Vietnamese woman, so you know who you’re talking to, if you go. The restaurant was completely empty and she was obviously irritated I wanted to order food. Which made no sense to me at all, and only lead me to think that it was something based off the way I look. Then she proceeds to rush me through the menu and then come to find out the thing I ordered on the menu was $9.95 and when I go to pay for my food after waiting for 20 minutes it was $19.this was absolutely insane to double the price and not let your customers know or put it on the menu that people order off of when they’re ordering takeout. I totally would’ve not ordered from this place. If I had known I would’ve been nearly $20 for PHO from an extremely rude woman. DO NOT GO HERE

Pretty disappointing to see they say they’re open online and phone doesn’t work then I walk here just to find out they’re closed. A notice would really help

This place is closed on weekends for some reason.we went a few times in person and it's just been closed, no notice or anything.

Delicious meal, great flavor and a little heat without being overly spicey. Chicken pho soup is great, pork egg rolls were incredible. Both tasted great and healthy. Highly recommended!

Great food, had the bahn mi, beef pho, and egg rolls, will be returning to check out the rest of the menu! Summer rolls are really good with a delicious sauce too.

3 years ago this was a place must to try in Fairmont area, now the service is just not there, waited 27 minutes for a soup, really, o well.
