Tuesday does an amazing job at mani and pedicures. The whole staff is so friendly. They have the cutest friendliest little bitty pupper that comes to work with his mom. Seeing the pupper always brings a smile to my face!

Absolutely the best one stop shop I have ever been to! They do everything! The massage was impeccable as was the facial! I will be booking both again. They were informative about the process and the comfortability factor Was off the charts. They were very knowledgeable in their fields and it was just an all around amazing experience ️

My husband and I both had a massage by Spencer S. It was a wonderful experience. We have been getting massages over the years so we have some experiences to compare Very talented and cares about his clients. Will definitely be booking with him again

I am not from the area and started recently working in York. I had a massage a few weeks ago at this location and was a great experience. I had another appointment today with the same massage therapist. I received a voice message and email on Thursday confirming my appointment today with that massage therapist. When I arrived this morning, I was told that the therapist I was scheduled with, no longer works there and has decided to not be a massage therapist. I was asked if I received a call to inform me of this and that my massage was now with someone else. I told them no. I was not called of this change and was told sorry they should have called you. I then find out the therapist I am scheduled with is male. I have nothing against male therapists, which I have experienced, I prefer a female therapist. The owner was made aware, and I was told by the front desk they would have to reschedule me. I decided to thank them and leave. I am disappointed that this experience was very nonchalant. The owner did not come to me and apologize or try and make it right. I did not have to take the time on my day off and drive there (waste gas) to experience this and not have a massage which, after the work week I had, was looking forward too. Whether this review matters or not, hoping it is taken seriously and assists with their customer service, I will be looking for another location for massage.

Highly recommend Lydia for your nails! She does a phenomenal job, takes her time and communicated really well to ensure I was happy with the way they looked, which I am:)

Spacious salon that makes you feel right at home. Offera a large variety of services from salon services like hair, lash extensions, waxing and nails, to massages, facials and spa treatments. Staff is very welcoming and well prides themselves in cleanliness and customer service.

You know I always come back to this place, if I can't get in, I always wait because I know it's worth it. I always get a diva cut and go to Teddy, whose wonderful at his job! This place is just homey in general, hense the house, but even then the atmosphere is homey and relaxing. It's like that saying, "Mi Casa es Su Casa" My House is Your House?

Received a 60 minute Swedish massage as a gift for Mothers Day - best gift ever! Leryn was an incredible masseuse!

Just received a pedicure from Lydia. She was very thorough yet gentle! Highly recommend this skilled technician at this amazing salon.

Everything is very clean and carefully kept tidy. The atmosphere is very Victorian tea parlor in the best way. Well worth their price point!

Customer service was great. The service I received was a Brazilian wax I was told at the time of service that only a certain amount of hair could be removed, leaving me with a wishbone amount of hair. (So I didn't get a full Brazilian) which at the time of the service is when I was told that I would not be getting what I expected.

Very friendly staff. All 3 ladies were out going and bubbly. We were about 20 minutes late and they were very understanding. I felt amazing and relaxed after learning and during or appointment.

I went to this salon to have my nails done based on the recommendation of a trusted friend. I went twice and will not return or recommend the salon to anyone.
The first appointment I was a little concerned with the time it took for a mani/pedi. However I liked the way my nails looked so I figured I'd just deal with the amount of time involved.
The second appointment took around 2 hours 45 minutes and I had to return TWICE within five days to have two nails fixed. Tips were put on two of my natural nails as they were ripped. The nail polish came off both of the tips, two days apart.
The first time it happened, I called and they squeezed me in the same day to repair the nail. The second time it happened and I called and explained the situation I was told I had to deal with the nail technician and I was advised, "She isn't in today. I will have her call you. " This was Sat. No phone call Saturday. No phone call Sunday or Monday as the salon was closed.
Tuesday I called again and left a message as I received no phone call by 11: 30 a.m. The nail tech then called me back, left a message and advised she wasn't in until Thursday. Seriously?
I called the salon and explained the situation and was told I'd have to wait until Thursday to have the nail fixed. It was only when I stated I wanted to speak to the manager that I was transferred to the owner. The owner was very nice on the phone and scheduled me to come in within a half an hour. (Same lady was fixing this nail that fixed it on Friday.) Fixing of both nails, involved removing the tip and repainting both nails.
The entire situation was handled poorly by the staff who answered the phone 2 out of the 3 times, and the original nail tech. Not to mention the the manicure was a complete debacle. I was appreciative of the nail tech who got stuck fixing someone else's error not once but twice. Treating yourself to a mani/pedi should not be the cause of additional stress. Complete waste of time and money. Very disappointed as the salon/spa building itself was very cute.

I am absolutely THRILLED with the results! I have gotten more compliments about my hair since she did it than I have put together in my entire life!

What most impressed me was the vibe you felt as I sat in the living room waiting for my wife. The business is set in a big rustic feeling house that has a strong home feeling. Conversations freely flowed out of every room. The staff were nice and accommodating. There was music coming from a radio, and not overhead speakers, which made it seem more home like. Products displayed for sale were sprinkled lightly so it didn't overwhelm the home setting with sofa, and chairs, and wall ornaments. Third time coming here and future visits expected.

This salon is Absolutely wonderful! Follows Covid procedures, clean, nicely decorated, everyone I had interaction with was courteous and they had plenty of availability EVEN WITH MY HORRIBLY BUSY SCHEDULE. Carina P.did my cut & color. And while im partial as we attended HS together I COULD NOT HAVE BEEN HAPPIER WITH MY HAIR! FR SHE SLAYS HIGHLY RECOMMEND for your next hair appt.
