My first visit and I am extremely pleased with the service. I had to change my appointment at the last minute and they were very accommodating. Loved my pedicure. I didn't feel rushed. And they have a rewards program.

I have been going to this nail salon for years. I primarily get pedicures, but have also gotten gel manicures and eyebrow waxing. They are very clean, professional, and do quality work. They have the best massage chairs.

My mom and I absolutely love Iris! Everyone is super friendly, hardworking, and they go out of their way to sure we have a good experience. We’ve been going here since I was a baby and the staff are personable and genuine! I love their green tea spa pedicure and always look forward to my next trip.

For over a year, I've regularly gotten dip powder manicures. Therefore, I feel well aware of their general standard, upkeep, and lifespan. For my past three manicures, I've gone to Iris Nails. I appreciate that I can call day of and get an appointment. However, my experience leaves much to be desired. In each appointment, the already mediocre manicures declined in quality and time length. In fact, it felt as though the nail tech was just trying to get my nails done and over with. For instance, after breaking some of my nails herself, she just shaped them up and didn't offer an extension to make them even with the rest. Beyond this, I would regularly find parts of my nails missing product completely and they would fall off within three weeks.

What finally compels me to write this review is the fact that my last manicure began to chip and fall off in less than a week. Because I spent my money here despite my problems and made sure to give a 40% tip, I am incredibly disappointed: (

Went here when my normal salon had some storm damage. Very nice Rose pedicure and dip powder manicure. If ever I need something done in a pinch, I would return again.

I was recommended this place by a client of mine and I am so happy I listened! My sister and I are from out of town and went for pedicures and mani's. Well the staff was just so lovely. THey are all so friendly and I felt did a fabulous job. I don't get pedicures very often but it was by far the best, most enjoyable pedicure I have ever had! If only they had another location where I live!
