I’ve been in every state and reviewed many restaurants and pubs and by far this ranks towards the bottom. Service was very slow and, some would say, non existent. First order of chicken finger was three small pieces of chicken and around 14 fries. Food came out at different times and at best was slightly warm. Maybe it was a off night or lack of staff, but the staff was unobservant.i just think there are LOTS of other places that offer better all around dining experiences.good luck.

Bad food, slow service, I have been lot of iron hill brewery in the state this is the worst one

A bit disappointed- Unfortunately one of our meals just never came (a simple hamburger) party of 5.

Very poor service, you can tell the last two years affected them. Two people didn’t get their meals, prioritized take out orders, but atleast they said they would take it off our bill lol. I won’t be going back and I’ll be telling people about how the restaurant industry is in collapse at the moment. Have dignity, if you can’t hire the good workers you need to just meet the standards of a functioning restaurant/brewery then just close up shop. I’d be ashamed to own and run that location, I honestly can guarantee you that person does not eat there himself.

I went to pick up an order I placed. Staff was short with only 3 people. I went up to the female bartender about my placed order for pick up. She said she would check in a few minutes but then continued to talk to the couple in front of her for 5 more mins before I had to intervene again and let her know I had to get back to work. I get being understaffed but there is a way to multi-task. Also burger was completely messy and not cooked to medium well. I won't give them business again. Overpriced food for quality and limited staffing

Probably one of the worst dinning experiences. Drinks were received forty minutes after ordering. Some food took an hour to receive and one order was burnt, while another order of salad was still not ready. Would not recommend.

I have been going to the Ardmore location for years and the service has declined. We were there for dinner last night for the monthly King of the Hill Night. None of the staff seemed to be aware of this. We did not receive our complimentary appetizer and had to ask about the free pour. There was also an Ugly Christmas sweater contest as per email that they did not know about. Double points were supposed to have been awarded and when I checked my account no points were credited at all.
There is a serious lack of communication at this establishment. This is not the first time I’ve visited where the staff was unaware of promotions that were announced in advance via email. Get your act together Iron Hill Ardmore!

Please.open up your bar earlier on Sunday!
Most of the Main line French community plan to come to watch the final of the world soccer cup.
The game starts at 10 am. Would be great to open at 9: 45.

I would give this place zero stars if that were an option. It used to be good before the pandemic, but it is barely mediocre now. Has the vibe of "going out of business" written all over it. They were out of Diet Coke at the dinner hour, and out of a basic cabernet wine selection also. Salads were not fresh, a 6 oz pour of wine cost as much as an entree.the service was slow, and the servers were not knowledgeable. Two overdressed, over-seasoned entree salads (Naked Burger Salad, Southwest Chicken Salad), a salty Brussels sprouts appetizer, a Ginger Ale, and a 6 oz glass of wine came to $67. With the tip, it was $80. Not worth it by a long shot. We've been to diners in the area that are a lot better than what you get here. We won't be back.

Its a no for me.like why would someone think it would be an good idea packaging soup with holes in that packaging.so its spilling in the bag but the cake on the top is that they gave me whole pieces of cheese NON melted? This is my first time ordering.

Delicious food and tasty on site crafted beer. Been frequenting Iron Hill for years. It never disappoints. It's a great place to get lunch or dinner while enjoying a finely crafted brew and watching any number of sporting events on the multitude of TV 's on site. Parking can be dicey up front but there is ample just across the street.

This is the best place in Ardmore - perhaps the entire main line. Food is great. Atmosphere is great. Bar selection is amazing no matter what you are looking for. And the manager Shay is so friendly and attentive that random interactions with her alone almost make the trip there worth it. Always a great experience!

Seating was an issue. It was most likely due to lack of servers. The food was fine for this venue. The hostess was a bit confused.

Oktoberfest specials were very good. Iron Hill is a great place for a casual dinner. Make a reservation to avoid long waits.

I ordered takeout for two pizzas and was served two completely raw pizzas. I tried to call the restaurant in order to have this rectified and no one answered.

Visited this local place at 3pm and there were 2 other guess in the restaurant. I ordered the sampler appetizer and a chicken sandwich & fried. While the waitress was nice, she never introduced herself or was wearing a name tag. Once ordered, food service was a tad slow. The food was fresh, but it lack seasoning (super bland). It seems like their was a shift change and the new person (guy) came around to check in.

Absolutely loved it, great atmosphere, friendly people, and not too expensive. Overall a great place I would definitely recommend. Also great for big groups of people and birthdays.
