Iron Valley Tubing, Lebanon PA

We had a great time at Iron Valley. The staff were very friendly, it's reasonably priced for how long you get to tube, and the hill is so fun. We will definitely be back. The sunset was beautiful over the mountain for evening tubing. We really wish they had an outdoor speaker system!

They did a great job especially since this winter was horribly warm. Our church kids had a great time even on the Limited snowy surface area.

In the 2 hour time we were there, we only went down 4 times. Very disappointing. The staff should manage the amount of tickets bring sold and consider the conditions because we spent a lot of money to do this as a family. Waited in line for 15 minutes towards the end of our time limit and were told we couldn't go down because we were done.

We mistakenly booked tickets for the wrong date and only realized our mistake after the date had passed and we missed our slot. The man I spoke to was very understanding and gave us a complete refund. Although we haven't actually gone snow tubing, would definitely recommend for their costumer service and consideration.
Hoping to schedule snow tubing the next time we are in the area.

Well maintained place. 6-7 lanes were open and were well maintained.
Staff seems to be students. Most of them were friendly but of one of the guy was very unprofessional and being a jerk. Management needs to focus on training staff on customer service so there are returning customers. Surely not coming back again even though the place is decent.

Staff at the reception were very helpful and welcoming.

We have been going to Iron Valley Tubing for the past several years as a church group. We always had a great experience but this year was the best! Even though there were less lanes running, they limited the number of tickets sold so it didn't get too crowded. The lanes they had were all fast and had some ramps to make it fun. The check in process was very wall managed for a large group! All of the staff were very friendly.

The place was fun for sure but there were a lot of people waiting and only 3 lanes. Would have been great if more lanes were added / paved.

We took a chance, when there was no snow on the ground, and the snow tubing visit was amazing. They had the hills done, they were super fast! But what I loved was the friendliness, cleanliness, and amazing atmosphere this little club had to offer! Great prices on snacks, got hot Coco, good nachos, burgers, pretzels, it was fast and great. The staff was amazing. I will decimate be coming back! The kids gave it 10 stars!

We went here on a Thursday during the Christmas break, and it was a blast. The hill itself was much larger than I anticipated, and it was fast to start the day, with air bags (kind of looked like big beanbag chairs) and an additional barrier further out for the faster rides. The tube lift was basically the same type of lift from a ski hill's bunny slope and worked well enough, although rolling off at the top was always a bit awkward. It's also quite walkable, although long, so you can always skip around the lift line. The mid-afternoon sun melted the lanes from an angle, so it led to a lot of spinning, which some people love and some people (my daughter) don't, so I'd try to get there early or after sunset for the fastest riding. I saw many reviews saying that the staff were rude, etc, but I didn't have any problems. They did have a lot of young people working, which can sometimes lead to the issues mentioned in other reviews, but everyone that we interacted with regardless of age was friendly and helpful, from checking in and getting the tube to the people at the top of the hill and the lift. All in all, we had a great time, and I would definitely go back when I"m in the area again.

This was a such fun experience and i would recommend it to anyone, staff was super nice and helpful.
