When myself and my wife built our home with Ironstone Homes, the comparison to the other local builders is next to none. For the price we paid, I felt we got the best quality possible. I have walked through many new builds, and Ironstones quality of products is great. Ironstone did not cut corners, (in framing, electrical, and plumbing especially) they used local, reputable contractors, and they are very honest and straightforward. The cost of upgrades was done at cost, I have experienced other builders tack on upcharges on upgrades to add to their profit. They do not nickel and dime you for every little thing. They are my first referral for my clients looking for a builder.
