Dr. Tran and his team are so wonderful! I haven’t been to the dentist in a long time because of fear and prior bad experiences however Dr. Tran and the entire team made me feel so comfortable. I definitely feel like I’m in great hands at iSmile. Ashley at the front desk is so pleasant, she greeted everyone that walked in with a warm and inviting welcome. Thank you to the entire iSmile team for such a great experience and I’m looking forward to coming back!

My Dentist Dr Charles Tolliferreo Ismile Dental team are soooo awesome professional kind and courteous. I use to hate going to the dentist now I don't stress out about it anymore. I love them all and highly recommend them for dentistry care.

Very clean very friendly environment all the staff and dentist are very friendly. Maria is the lovely dentist that took care of my deep cleaning and she is the sweetest kindest lady I ever met she is the best I ever had and did the job properly took her time and I deeply appreciate her ️. I strongly recommend this place to anyone looking for a new dentist.

The receptionist, Robin, tirelessly worked on my behalf to ensure that I received all the benefit money afforded me via my dental plan.
In so doing, she personally saved me hundreds of dollars toward my dental work.

I saw Dr. Kum for a consultation for concerns over my gum inflammation, and he was an extremely great listener and gave me great advice on how to better maintain my gum health to avoid future deterioration. Overall the experience was much better than I expected and I am only leaving a 4 star review to not come off as a paid robot. It was definitely a 5 star experience in my eyes. The people there were compassionate in my time of need and I am extremely grateful for that.

Friendly, personable. Really caring and honest! This is me and my kids permanent dentist. Robyn the office coordinator is AMAZING! The representative of this business was nice, but it weird that the website list so many services but a retainer replacement is not available. I was told to go to an orthodontist.

ISmile dental team makes your visit feel so comfortable & relaxing. This group of people are so professional as well as punctual. I love it here because as a patient you get treated with a sense of respect, priority & urgency. Lastly, when it comes to discussing you ur treatment plan these guys help u make the best decision to satisfy your health & finances.

I had to get a permanent crown put in after and emergency route canal and was very limited with money and time. Not only did they work on a relatable price, but did such an amazing job putting the crown in. Everything went so smoothly. The Doctor and assistants were all so friendly and caring. Definitely will go back and recommend for dental work.

My cleaning was okay. It was my First visit and I was not expecting to wait a hour before being seen. Also people who arrive after you may be called in before you. That was kinda annoying. They also said I have cavities which was a lie, my primary doctor said I don’t.

Ismile really surprised me. From the first phone interaction to when I arrived in office with my father for his appointment Robin was welcoming and explained everything top to bottom. She said something that really makes us feel good about being here. Ill never forget it.she said ""here we do not have customers, only patients and they are family" My father saw Maria who was also really sweet and gentle. We will be brining our family members back. Thank you Ismile team!

Unfortunately I did not have the best experience here. Everything was going ok until I checked out with Robin up front. She was very rude and wouldn’t let me speak and I was just trying to understand the plan for my next appointment. She did not make me feel welcomed. It’s upsetting because I had a great experience with everyone else but I will not be returning. I refused to be talked to in a certain manner and everyone can hear what’s going on. It’s embarrassing.

5 stars without a doubt. I don’t like the dentist at all but needed two extractions done. The dentist was so professional and explained everything in detail; I felt at ease. Everything went as expected and I was pleased with the results. The staff are professional and always so friendly. They go above and beyond to provide every patient exceptional service.

I had an appointment on 11/2021 had several procedures done. I can honestly say I was not in pain for all the procedures that were done.
