ISS Allentown - Hiring for Amazon Fulfillment

The women in this place are very rude and disorganized. I came in for an interview during the weekend and was told to come back Monday when I asked what time I wasn’t given a specific time. Susan just said “around 10” when I asked what time around 10 she then said “I don’t know just come around 10 ” as if she couldn’t be bothered. Not to mention there is no privacy when they ask you for your information in their offices they keep the door open and people standing waiting behind you could hear all of your information being told including your social security number. When I came back to discuss which job I will be taking on Monday I had to speak with Susan again first and as I waited a spanish lady (she is very lightskin, spanish accent and obviously speaking and has dyed blonde hair) was on a phone call with one of the customers and who I guess was needing info about when to active the pay cards they give you and the spanish lady asked Tykesha about the pay cards and the black lady had an attitude and refused to go on the call and just said for the spanish lady to tell the customer to activate the card Friday and then Tykesha proceeded to insult the customer under her breath while the spanish lady was on the phone with them. Now after I spoke with Susan I was told by the same spanish lady I mentioned before to fill out a form for the job and where had to sign my information so I proceeded to sign where I was told however I was also informed right before I filled out the form that the orientation for the job was the next following day and I would need certain clothes however I found that it was short notice to tell someone the day before the orientation and that I would need time to get these specific items. I asked if she knew another orientation date and she shrugged and said they had no idea and then if I did not attend with the proper clothing I would not be given the job. The short notice is unprofessional, their incompetence is unprofessional and the rudeness is unprofessional and unnecessary because when I decided after filling the forms that after all I would not take the job because I would not have the clothes prepared in time because of the short notice that I had changed my mind and the same spanish lady as before decided she would get an attitude with me and rip my forms in front of me and everyone else after I said that I had changed my mind. However I proceeded to just say “thank you for your time have a nice day ma’am” and left. I do not recommend this place they have very little to offer as in jobs and clearly have no respect for the people that come there. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Nice place to get a part time job, went in to ask questions, and to learn more about this company, their average pay rate is $12.00, they are always hiring for new people, and if they don’t have one position available, they would give you a computer to fill out the application and call you when the position becomes available, they also speak multiple languages like Spanish and English, they have coffee and bathrooms available,

Tykesha was the most unprofessional and rude person I have ever met in any regard, let alone at a staffing agency. Must be closing down soon and having F troop running this place. Will not be going back again and would suggest you go anywhere but here.

I would leave 0 stars, not sure what happend but this place went down hill. The people working there are difficult morons. Can't get any worse then that and they need to be taught skills on how to deal with a customer.

Worked through ISS at Amazon for one month as seasonal employee. Amazon I liked, the work was easy and it was a fast paced place. What I didn't like was how much ISS lies and how shady they are. I was told I would be temp to permanent, until my first day on the job at Amazon when I found out it would only be a seasonal position. They held me accountable for 2 hours time off task (which is automatic termination) on a low volume work day. 25 minutes of this said 2 hours was right before I clocked out for the day, which was 20 min early due to going home on VTO. I was taken into ISS to give explanation of why my off task was so much. I gave my written explanation, they said someone from HR would call to speak to me in 48 hours. Instead what I received was a call from one of the ISS staff (English not first language) telling me my assignment has ended. No communication between ISS team and Amazon floor managers. DO NOT WORK FOR ISS.

The hiring service agency ISS is a total joke.the front desk receptionists speak Spanish with an English accent and are rude and unprofessional at best.they treat people as if you're bothering them just asking them a question.no smiles, no "Hello, welcome to ISS", no "May we help you sir/ma'am" unprofessional.

Amazon is a horrible place to work. They give you faulty equipment to use and then blame the problems caused by the equipment on you.

ISS put me at a job the first day I walked through there doors. The staff is kind and friendly. I worked with them 3 times and never had a problem with them. You get paid every friday. Amazon is a great place to work for. It's a four day a week job 10 hour shifts. ISS IS A GREAT PLACE TO WORK FOR! Thumbs up.

Hires seasonal. Understandable. But then just let you go with no notice. Just last minute when you're not needed anymore.

Called and they said 7 to 5: 30 shifts available in Allentown then hung up on me. I called back and got another person who said the other person didn't know what they were talking about. DO NOT USE THESE IDIOTS!
