Issho sushi and steakhouse reviews
17Wonderful place with a grat lunch deal. A little pricey but the presentation of the food and the taste was well worth it. Also tried the Thai tea which was wonderful.
Some of the best sushi in Exton area! But don't skip it, if you don't like raw meat. They have excellent hibachi grill meal options, such as shrimp and scallops option pictured in the photo.
My wife loves their teriyaki chicken and we never forget to get the unforgettable green tea ice cream. I tried the fried cheesecake foe the first time, and I'll definitely have that again! So smooth, yet crunchy!
My husband and I absolutely LOVE this place. They are hands down the best sushi place in the area!
Awesome place. Ate late after evening worship service alittle before close. They treated us as if they had just opened. Food was good.
Issho restaurant is a very nice place. The servers are extremely pleasant and the food excellent. I've been there 3 times now and love it. The Teriyaki chicken was perfect, salad and soup all delicious. Nice variety menu. Everything is very fresh.
Lucky to have found this gem in our neck of the woods. Great food, excellent ambiance and really good service. Loved the sushi, especially vegetarian options, equally loved the noodles and hibachi vegetables.
Food was delicious but a bit on the pricey side.
Good for dinner but stopped in for lunch.
The 2 of us spent $50 on 2 salads. 2 Sushi rolls and 2 waters.

Great service and the food was amazing! Very fresh and barely waited for the food. Definitely recommend and will be going back for more️
Photogenic and Delicious
Food variety is great and presented creatively. There’s a lot to choose from so we took a while to decide but when we did, we didn’t regret it. Had the Tom yum for soup. Didn’t even get to take a photo because we finished it as soon as we started. Shared a plate of 3 rolls and it was sufficient for 3 people. The bagel and sweet potato rolls were our favorite. I’d definitely recommend and order them again. The mochi was just the usual mochi, it wasn’t so special but it was plated well. I’ll try something else next time. Drinks had a variety of options but would prefer fresh juice options instead of bottled.
Service was fast and even if there was only one waitstaff, she was friendly, attentive, and accommodating.
The place also had ample parking right in the same property. The interiors were well-maintained. It can be improved by adding some exhausts to minimize strong fish smell, which is typical of Japanese restaurants.
Overall it was great but could be better and pricing was a bit high. Bill totaled to over $120 for 3 people considering that we didn’t even order hibachi and meats.
Great food! Please get on Grubhub- Doordash has more fees for the buyer and is less reliable!
My wife and I have been to this restaurant numerous times. It has always been good. Today was likely our last time. Every visit my wife orders the 3-roll lunch special during the time of day and days of the week it is offered. The menu specifically states order "ANY 3 rolls" for a fixed price (which includes miso soup). This is standard for the 5 or 6 similar restaurants near us. Today she ordered as always, including the same special she ordered just one day previously - 3 salmon avocado rolls. Today, the server said that the manager scolded her for allowing an order of the same 3 rolls for the 3-roll special. She said we had to pay the full price because she ordered 3 of the same rolls (this is not the server's fault). Plus, the miso soup would be extra. We reluctantly agreed, thinking, how much more could it possibly cost. Big mistake! We were charged almost twice the price for the same order she has ordered countless times before at this restaurant. We are baffled. "ANY three rolls" does NOT come with the stipulation that they can't be the same 3. This has never happened before at this restaurant or any others in the area offering the same special during lunch. I believe we have been cheated, and I am considering reporting to the better business bureau. This may seem like a petty issue, but it is unacceptable and misleading!
I cannot express enough how amazing this place is! The atmosphere is peaceful and calming. The staff is kind and professional. The restaurant is spotless. Not to mention, the food is incredible! The sushi is beautifully and meticulously crafted and melts in your mouth. Issho is definitely my favorite place to go whenever I am in Exton.
The best Japanese restaurant in the area, their service is the best. The sushi is fresh, well made and delicious. Pretty much everything there is amazing. Definitely coming back many times.
We were more than pleased with the delicious, fresh, and beautifully prepared food we ordered online. I highly recommend Issho Sushi!
We will be ordering frequently.
Food and service were fantastic:) I had the tartar and one of the specialty rolls. Will definitely visit again if I'm in the area!
My husband lived in Japan and fell in love with fried rice there, among many other things. This is the closest he's found to what is served overseas.
The food is always on point and the sushi is the best I've found in the area
Nice place to eat sushi! Price is fairly reasonable (roll count is 8 for most, so more than the usual 6) and the fish was pretty fresh! We will definitely come back when we get the chance.i recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a good place to stop for sushi nearby:)
