We have had a storage unit for over 2 years and they keep raising the rent every few months, we now almost pay $300 for one unit! Yet, if you're new you can get a unit almost $150 a month less. If they are going to continue to raise the rates make it for everyone not people that are long time renters who always pay on time. With that kind of money you would think they would at least use some of the money to fix the driveway since the front end of my SUV scrapes the driveway almost every time no matter how slow you drive.

So far great place to deal with. Signed up on Monday for a unit and started moving in on Tuesday.

I've been with the storage for about 4 months so far they raised my rent three times. The quality of the storages are okay mine has some of The ceiling missing out of it. I'm paying $159 for a non-climate control storage unit and they're about to raise my rent to $179. It's really not worth it but at the same time it's not worth the aggravation to move it to another storage all over again because I have a 10x10 almost fully packed. The owner is all about making money like every storage owner. Anyway to rip off the hardworking American people.

Moving to the area and needed storage for the new smaller apt. Husband and I rented and 8x10 and were blown away by how helpful and courteous Tom was. Gave us all the pricing upfront and the online rates are absolutely the best space you can get for your money. Made renting a piece of cake.

DONT EVER RENT HERE! HOW IS IT LEGAL TO TRAP SOMEONE IN AN ESTABLISHMENT AGAINST THEIR WILL? My friend bought a storage unit here at auction. I came with her and her kids in my truck to pick up the items inside. The gate was WIDE OPEN when we got there. We went to leave and the gate was closed. Nightmare scenario: The code given to us didn't work (tried multiple times to input) and we were ILLEGALLY DETAINED against our will. The office was closed with no obvious emergency number. We called the "number on the security box" only to get transfered to after hours automation mesages. It was NO HELP. We tried asking someone who "lives there" (might not be an employee, but definately had the code to get out) she REFUSED to help us. We had been there (with the children) nearly an hour, and in desperation called the police. Luckily, another customer needed to come in while we were on the phone with the dispatcher. Since we were blocking the gate she put in her code and let us out. WHAT IF WE HAD A MEDICAL EMERGENCY? This company is extremely lucky that nothing like that happened. They were one nice customer away from having to deal with a police report. Every other storage facility in the area has the gate shut all day and lets you out automatically. THIS IS DISGUSTING I would never, ever rent at a place that does not care about the safety and well being of others. I would give negative stars for scaring us AND THE KIDS so badly. Do yourself a favor and RENT SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Chelsea was helpful with setup and downsizing when I was ready. Great place to store and keep things safe.

The girl in the office was very sweet and helpful. The prices are good for the size and height of the units.

Very reasonably priced. The staff are very helpful and friendly. I had a great and positive experience and would do business here again if I needed a storage unit in the future.

I had my unit for a little over a year. The customer service was wonderful. Tom made it easy to understand for someone who is young and never had to do something like get a unit before.

I moved to Ephrata about two years ago and I ran into the I-storage place what a great find I met Tom when I first got there awesome excellent guy if I ever need anything he was always right there then he Brong on board Chelsea who does a great job always there when you need her can take care of any problems that arise. Times are tough for everybody and this is a great place to put your belongings if you need to put them up for a period of time. So if you ever looking for any storage needs dry eye storage you wouldn’t regret it.

Called in to cancel my unit after 7+ months of storage. Told them my name, and they notified me that since it had been seen empty, they had closed my account on my behalf, which is wonderful. I had a small interior unit, and none of my items suffered any water or heat damage. Very pleased with my time here and would recommend to anyone looking for storage.

I've had my unit since 2015 and the customer service is great. They always are able to help me with all the technical stuff. Great management and receptionist!

The young gentleman who seems to be there everytime I'm there is very nice to talk to and work with. As a fairly new renter I'm very happy with the limited access hours and constant presence of an employee. It makes me feel safer storing my belongings there.

Alex was great he gave us the largest uniy he had left and offered a smaller one if we needed it. We were in and out the first time in about 30 mins.
We did set up our account for automated payment and we had some difficulties with that, but Bill (?) and I worked it all out quickly the next month.
So far so good. A+ job
