I wanted to install a SSD into my computer and it was missing the mount screw for it. They were able to find exactly what I needed to get the job done. They are great and would recommend them to anyone!

I have a 2011 17" Macbook Pro with the dreaded GPU issue. I've had it replaced by Apple twice, first under warranty, and the second time charged an arm and a leg. When the GPU died again in 2021 I was considering scrapping the laptop. However, it is still working great for everything I use it for and thus reluctant to buy a new one.

I searched online and came across IT Elite and Real Mac Mods. Their solution is to bypass the dedicated graphics card so the computer utilize the integrated graphics only. This way the computer will work the same way as a 13" model. On their website they have posted all instructions with pictures on how to perform the repair yourself. If you are like me and not too comfortable with a soldering tool they also offer to send it in. The price for the modification is more than reasonable and the return time is good. The technician suggested I replace my keyboard as well as it was not functioning properly (known issue) and this was also done for a very reasonable price.

I am very happy with this service and I am excited that this very competent computer got its life extended by a few years as a result of this repair.

Adam is a very knowledgeable technician on, as I can see practically all electronics. I walked in there to have my favorite discontinued powered subwoofer fixed, because it fits perfectly like no other would in my sound room, and he was able to repair my old friend which has and will give me many more years of enjoyment. I am now having him repair another old friend, my Samsung 8000 series 3D LED 55 inch which has also given me years of enjoyment. I found a new best friend. Thanks Adam

IT Elite Computer Service was the bomb. I had a 2011 17" Macbook pro that had graphic problems. It was a recall on the graphics card that Apple had made bad. I was having trouble with my playstation 2 power button and called around a few stores for help. Adam from IT Elite Computer Service asked me to send him pictures of the issue and was able to assist me. For no charge at all I was given a thorough explanation of what the problem was and how to fix it. Not only did I not have to leave my house, but I saved myself from going to another repair shop and spending $120. I will 100% be returning for any other electronic issues in the future.

My computer would not start up so of course I PANIC!
