Ithen USA, Grove City PA

Placed an order through Ithen for a shirt & hat on 10/7/23 which was supposed to ship on 10/24 and should have been received a max of 12 bus.days after. After that ridiculous time frame, we’re still waiting for the products! Additionally, we have not received any return calls or e-mails to our requests for updates. I would like my products asap or a refund.

I have two orders pending/processing. One was ordered before Mother’s Day as a Mother’s Day gift. I get no answer when I call the listed number, no response when I email. I have paid $170 for gifts that have never arrived. Horrible service, worse communication!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY: My order was placed in December. Not only have I NOT received my items, but they haven't responded to my emails and whenever I call, there is no answer.

They are scamming people with Immaculate Reception items!

They actually called me two months ago and said it would go out next week. Still haven't received my order. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, THEY DON'T PICK UP THE PHONE OR RESPOND TO EMAILS.

Very unhappy with this company. Ordered several holiday/specialty shirts for our business and only part of our order was delivered. Because many of them were specific for the holidays I asked for a refund rather than having the rest reshipped. After several requests, emails back and forth with the owner. 6 months later, supposedly they have sent 2 checks, but I still haven't received a refund.

I ordered shirts for my pizza shop on October 4 2022. Received a partial order in November. Called and they said the rest of my order was shipped. We called 2 weeks after that and we’re told it was shipping that day. Called in January and got voicemail and they never called back. Called at the end of January and asked for a refund for the shirts I didn’t get. Was told they would, but as of today February 24,2023 still haven’t received a refund. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Good experience with Ithen USA.very happy with the products I received and reasonably priced. Will order again.

Ordered weeks ago, still says “processing” on the website, but several attempts for an update via phone, email, and Facebook messenger have gone ignored.
