Very professional and the gentlemen who I believe was the owner of the jeweler store was very friendly. Gave a very good price on my piece of jewelry that I was shocked how much he gave me. Would go there and nowhere else from here on out.

We love JB Jewelers, who we discovered one day on a whim, several years ago. Though we've only been there maybe a dozen times in the past 6 years or so, Joby is always wonderful to deal with and always remembers our names. I've purchased a few pieces from him over the years and the prices are always very fair for the quality that we've recieved. Joby has also stood by his products 100% and returning/exchanging could not be easier. I recommend them to everyone and anyone looking for jewelry!

What can I say about JB Jewelers. They are Great. Joby as always was very professional & personable. I was going through a rough time and had to sell some items. My engagement ring wasn't worth as much as I was hoping. Joby being as talented as he is took it and made me a pendant with the diamond still in the setting and I am so thrilled with the results. Now I have this Beautiful pendant to have forever in memory of my late husband. Thank you Sir for your help in my time of need and your breathtaking creation.

They are AWESOME. Every staff member treat u with respect. They don’t treat u or look at u different because u need to pawn or sell something. Very professional! Great customer service ;)! They have been wonderful ;). Every time I bring my 6yr old with me there they give him all sorts of prizes lol. I will continue supporting & bringing my jewelry here. My experience was awesome I will and have referred people already. The staff is awesome. I was in a time of need and took my jewelry there more then once to pawn and the made sure I got the most they could give they work with u. I also had a hard time getting it out and they made sure I didn’t lose my stuff. I will definitely be going back if I ever fell into hard times again. Or if I need to purchase jewelry they have a excellent selection.

Very welcoming atmosphere. Michelle is very polite and is personable. I lost my pawn shop tickets a few months ago and they were nice enough to give me a copy of them.
