My cousin suggested this place since she goes here. I go to a different place but my lady was on vacation! I got the ombré design. It’s a technique when they use multiple colors. It’s dip nails.
They did a good job! I just had to have them cut it down more since I like them short! My gal always says something to be about how they are too short. She says that my nail bed is pretty & it looks better when it’s long! Whatever, that’s how I like it!

Terrible service had a 3 30 appointment and was sitting there waiting while they took other customers finally got disgusted and walked out poor service shouldn't have you make a appointment and not take you don't recommend this place

Too much laughter from " Easy life Sunday Morning" (Izzie). Loved the energy from Dillion, and Chris was the " Best. " idse.lol

The guy who did my pedicure was pleasant, but the one who did my nails was rude, classless, and very unprofessional. He also talked negatively about all the customers past and present while doing my nails. I was so happy when he was finally done. His negativity was draining.

My full set was done by another nail salon in penn hills which shall not be named and she did a horrible job! Came here for a fill in and not only did she take the time to correct the many mistakes made by the previous nail tech she made sure they were perfect! I will not go any where else but J&J from here on out!

DO NOT GO HERE! They have terrible customer service and do not do quality nails I went last Saturday 9/1 and the fill was on my cuticle and not done properly I had pervious nails on that were ombred with color acrylic and she attempted to match but it was a unsuccessful and she tried to fix it and failed so I asked for a color on top because i couldn't walk out with the way they looked and she applied the polish lumpy or was awful so I called and they offered to fix it I went in for my fix on 9/5 and it was better not much better but I could live with it but now all of my gel polish is coming off from 3 days! I have never had that happen so I went there after work today to try and get a refund and they refused because the acrylic was intact and blamed the brand of polish instead of the person who applied it. They are just money hungry and want a high turn over to make the most money they don't care about the quality of their work and I encourage everyone to never spend a dime there!

Get my nails done there all the time, very nice experienced people, always happy to make you happy!

The last time I went I called ahead for an appt. When they said the guy who usually does my nails was not there, I said I’d let any other lady there do them. When I got there they pretty much forced the man on me to do my nails that I did not want. The last time he did them, he was really slow and had to fix the paint a several times. I went along with it and again he took long. I had to tell him to refile my toe nails because they were uneven. He used the motorized file on my natural nails instead of a regular one and did it way longer than he should have. I thought this was weird but didn’t think much of it. Well, I just took my polish off and he pretty much ruined my nails. They are brittle and breaking which they were not before. I am very disappointed and will not be going there any more. I believe he purposely damaged my nails because he knew I did not want him to service me. These nail salons are getting bold. I will take my business where I am respected.

I am very fond of the way the ladies manicures and absolutely in love with the way the men give pedicures

I got my nails done there a few times they didn’t due bad there are really friendly.but the last time I had acrylic nails on, I got a fill done by John.following day Idk how or when but I look at my hands a nail is chipped it’s Sunday (they’re closed) Monday I work Tuesday I look at my hands another nail chipped. Now I’m really upset because I work everyday and it’s hard to get time off & when you go to a salon that gets busy gotta get in where you fit in. I say forget it I’m just going to try to get a full set that weekend (I kinda need one anyway), welllllll Saturday comes ANOTHER nail chips. I finally make it to get them done, I tell them what had happened they don’t say much so I just got them taken (cut and filed) off and a manicure with gel polish (extra $10-12 my total came to $45) literally the following day my polish was was chipped. I don’t think I’ll be back unless it’s to get my feet done. THEY DO GREAT FEET! They use the cheese grater lol

Nice place Ann does my nails. Very satisfied with her work. Takes her time and makes sure she does a good job

I cannot find a decent nail tech in Pittsburgh. I called to schedule an appt requesting their best nail tech and must have been given their worst. I'm very picky and precise (as they should be) I tried to keep it simple because I could tell she was not going to be good. HORRIBLE experience. Certainly unable to relax training the nail tech on how to POLISH evenly.

I really like the way they take care of you here. They take their time and use a safe method for taking gel polish off your hands. They ask if you’re ok and majority of the staff is friendly. I walk out of here feeling good. If I get gel it normally lasts me a week / week and a half because my nails just grow so fast and the cuticles start to show. The polish lasts though. Polish is painted on neatly, evenly filed and at a decent price.

Went in to get a messed up nail job fixed. I LOVE WHAT THEY DID TO FIX IT.this image is almost 2 weeks later!

So not happy with my expericnce here, she didnt put enough arcylic on my nails, which lead my nails to break and damage my real nail the next day! I went back for a reapir and she told me I had to wait HOURS for a nail repair. Overall it wasn't worth it.
