J & J Pizza, Philadelphia PA

After being loyal customers for YEARS ordering twice week- the lady answering phones hung up on me and was HORRIBLY rude.never ordering from them again.unreal.

I ordered 2 hoagies from this restaurant and there was only 2 pieces of meat on the roll when I called back and the female that answered was very rude and the food was horrible but I guess this is the treatment you get from a racist establishment that says a Presidents wife looks like a gorilla….

12/16/21. It was 930 in the morning and my son asked me for a pizza. Most pizza places aren't open that early and then I remembered when I used to go for breakfast, they would already be making pizza. I called and we had a delicious, hot and fresh pizza delivered. Thank you J and J!

One can get a really good breakfast for a reasonable price. They have a large pizza and lunch menu; but, their breakfast food is really good. My personal favorite the mushroom cheese omelet with homefries

Dad and uncles favorite pizza place for as long as I can remember.

We typically get a sausage and a pepperoni. Super greasy but that’s what makes it delicious. Pop it in the toaster oven the next day for a perfectly crispy bottom.

The chicken wings are also a favorite

Never had a slice I didn't like from this place. Lots of topping options. Plenty of other food options as well. Good prices.

Lots of selections to choose from. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The tables are loaded with topping choices. The prices are fair. Conveniently located on 9th Street in the Italian Market. Skip those "cheese steak" places down the block. We will continue to visit often!

The food is okay.the service is terrible. The first time, I made an order of 5 pizzas and 80 wings, the wings we’re still raw. I had a party going so I didn’t have the chance to return them because my guests started eating them immediately. A second time I ordered, the cashier who was on the phone was rude. I get there and she’s worst than she was one the phone. Now, I’ve never reviewed a place before but I felt the need to do this because it was extremely bad.

My first time here. I was surprised pizza was very good. Employees were very friendly also. Definitely going back.

Just walked right by Pat's and Geno's.this place is amazing. The pizza was great, but the cheesesteak was the best I've ever had.

Front counter person was super rude. Plenty of other better small business to support in the area. Lost a long time customer.

Food was ok. Burned pizza crust. Not the cleanest but very convenient. The biggest upside to this place is it accepts credit cards (with a $10 min.). However, the overweight lady at the counter is very rude and not welcoming. She needs a lesson on manners.

You know I've been a loyal customer to this place for 5 years. Ordered a large pizza the other day got very sick. Which is rare. I'm still dealing with stomach issues days later. I called in and the woman who answered the phone could have cared less. "Oh yeah I'll have a manager call you back" she said and they didn't even bother. So disappointed.

I went there to get a pizza and cheese steak and i must admit it was the most HORRIBLE food i have ever eaten in my life they need better quality meat cheese pizza sauce so disgusting the food that i wouldnt even give it to man's best friend

Same as the most people say, The woman working on the front is really nasty, very poor service, is she have any mental problems?

Staff was very disrespectful, and hostile. When I complained to the manager it got worse. Never will I patronize this business again. NEVER!

The food was so nasty, pizza had no cheese! They had a rude drunk driver! I was smelling liquor coming off his breath it’s so crazy! Don’t order from here My stomach literally hurts from this! The delivery man tried to rob me it was a tall man trying to take my money but I paid online

Been buying from here for years. They have great food and use tgeir own delivery drivers that means 1) we dont pay fees to food service apps, 2) they dont pay fees to those apps, 3) the drivers work for the pizza shop so are actually responsible for good/bad service, 4) food arrives on time and hot and 5) if something happens (and things happen now and then) they take care of the customer. I wish more restaurants hired their own drivers and took responsibility

Really great food! Pizza, garlic knots, fish cakes, pasta, hoagies.you can't go wrong. Staff is all very nice!
