Food is excellent with large portions. Don't drink the water or anything made with ice!
Had water and soda and tasted terrible, must not clean the ice machine!

The portions were on point, but the service was severely lacking. The food itself pretty good. Just the hour wait for food, when it was a cold wrap and a Buffalo hoagie sucked.

Almost $14 for a bland burger they can’t cook right. The past few times I ordered the Black and Bleu burger it’s been pretty underwhelming. I ordered it medium rare and it’s medium well and dry as a bone. Not even close guys, get someone on the grill who knows what they’re doing. Nowhere near enough bleu cheese and literally a small squirt of the balsamic reduction, can’t even taste it.

Also, not sure what the deal is but I never get the pickle the (paper) menu says I should get. My girlfriends grilled cheese should have come with chips and a pickle as well, but didn’t. Whenever I place an order things are always wrong. Who is checking? Countless times I’ve ordered fried mushrooms and more often than not the ranch dip is missing, which is annoying because that ranch is fantastic.

It’s a long time coming but as a customer going way back to the old days of the original location, I’m just done. Sick of overpaying and getting subpar service.

My low rating on service had nothing to do with our server. I had a table of seven and my bill came to $99. When I went to pay with a debit card I was charged a $9 fee for using a card. I was told they charged a 3% service fee for using a card after the transaction was processed. When it appeared on my checking account it became a $9 fee. Rip off! I left the server a $20 cash tip so at least he wasn't ripped off. Will never go back.

We sat at the bar and had a pretty decent meal. The portions were generous. The wait was a little long for our food delivery but the bartender kept us informed which was a plus. The restaurant was very busy that night. Another plus was that although this is primarily a beer bar, the bartender made us more than acceptable margaritas. This is a nice casual place on the Back Mountain.

This place is a hidden gem, the food was not only was the food awesome, but it was well worth the price, I was very impressed with the size of the hoagie, for the price. The staff was kind, fun, and professional. Will definitely be going again.

Awesome.here on a cheat day. Got a breadless light cheese corned beef Ruebin with fries. Not 100% Low carb still having fries on a "cheat day". Back to low carb tomorrow!

Have been here many times and the food is always good. I’ve done take out and eaten in. I would recommend take out though because I’ve never had good service there. I swear every time I go they forget about our table and we end up spending a good 2 hours there.

Been coming here for over 20 years, amazing value. You definitely get your money's worth with price vs portions. The food is quality, albeit safe. For example, their fries are cooked to perfection in regards to crisp and color, yet not too much spice in their spicy food. Basic hoagie roll, yet overfilled with what is inside. For a hoagie /deli shop, it's top notch. Add in the wide selection of spirits and beer and dinner options you have yourself a great spot to get your grub on.
The top issues that I have (personally) is there's an open ceiling which to me screams incomplete decor and since everything is MTO and they take orders over the phone, when they're busy you need to have patience (but it's worth it

Enormous portions! Very good chicken bites.homemade sauce very good. Hoagies are really big order half or plan on having it for dinner as well.

The server was concerned with everything else except our table. We waited very long between any attention to the table. The server chatted with her friends at the table next to us, at length, repeatedly. Playing with her friends' children's hair was far superior in priority to our being able to eat what we ordered. We were polite and did not say anything. The food itself was not bad, but would have been better twenty minutes sooner. The space is clean and inviting.

Always so good. Their subs are enormous, and at a better quality and price than the national chain sub shop. It does get pretty crowded and loud, so I'd advise going during non-peak hours. Other than that, it's always a favorite for eat-in or takeout dining.

Watch out for charge for using credit cards. I did not see that on the menu, but could have missed it. Still- if restaurants take credit cards it should be on them for the cost of doing business. Very slow service and some of the sandwiches not hot even at 5 pm.

Outstanding food, service and drinks! I love the beer flights so much! The one minor issue! I got top shelf shot without knowing! Which was wild turkey bourbon, I know it was not regular wild turkey! But I did not expect the bottle total price was $500 lol! It was not on top shelf displays and there was only one more shot about left in the bottle! Also it was next way way cheaper some lol! When I finally got my receipt shot of $27 researched it and $500 a bottle for the price of the bottle it makes sense! But it was an early birthday gift for myself!

Good food excellent portions. Great service. Restuarant is always busy. It's a typical bar atmosphere. They also have beverage and food take out. Never had a bad meal there.
