My time is to precious to waste time going to a dirty salon. Reviews are extremely important.
I saw no response to the recent review, from the owners, that is why I would not give them a chance.

Horrible service, did what they wanted. I told them multiple times I that I wanted dip as it keep my nails healthy the lady did gel anyway. When I said again I wanted dip was told that I was going to do gel and that I could do dip next time. Results in my nails breaking not even a week after getting them done.

Its horrible! Please don't come here. I went to do gel manicure and the old lady didn’t even know how to remove the gel polish I had. Not to mention, she didn’t do the manicure (my nails hurts) and the painting was HORRIBLE. It was removed 2 hours I left the salon.

Been going for years—consistently beautiful, long lasting, super friendly staff, great prices— all around wonderful nail place!

Worst manicure of my life. Tech on phone with ear to shoulder Soaked one hand only, cut cuticles dry Dropped instrument on floor and wanted to use it. Water nearly running to wash hands. A nightmare. Polish chilling at ends after 2 hours.

This place could use a good deep cleaning service to start out with. The entire place is covered in a layer of dust, including all their gel UV machines, tables, surfaces. The sink area to wash hands could use a handyman and a spruce up. The staff are very kind but it seems like they are doing the best they can with the tools they have. I'd go here if there was no other appointment available elsewhere just to get the job done and then I'd perform a surgical level scrub on my hands after.

STAY AWAY! The owner should be embarrassed on how ridiculous this place is. It’s beyond dirty and their stuff is outdated and beat. Didn’t have paper towels to dry your hands. I got down a pedicure which the lady never trim my nails or got my in grown toe nails. I came in for dip as well and the lady kept saying gel gel, gel make your nail last longer. No it’s called she didn’t wanna take the time and do dip, since gel is faster. Again never trimmed my nails, nothing. Will never come back here.

Visited J&L Creative Nails in Chester Springs today for a gel manicure. First let me say, that the nail technician was very nice so I gave 2 stars for this reason. The salon was not busy and now I understand why. Infection Control: NONE! The instruments that are used are NOT from sterile packages but are laying on the tech's desk probably used on multiple customers (the nail file, clippers, trimmer, scrapper, etc). The nail file was so worn down as multiple nails must have been filed with this. When I went to wash my hands before the polish was applied, one of the workers had a pile of wet dirty towels piled into one of the double sinks. She was hand washing the towels in the sink and very annoyed that another worker was near her as she yelled, "get out of my space. I don't like anyone nearby when I'm working". I guess they don't have a washer/dryer to clean their towels. The UV light machine that they use is disgusting and looks dirty. When I placed my hands inside, I could feel crumbs or something inside. When my polish was dried, I was given a quick hand lotion rub but no hot towel (thank heaven after seeing those towels) or hand massage. For $33 and the lack of infection control, I will not be returning to this salon!

Best place to get your nails done around! I’ve been coming to this salon for almost a year now and every time I love the results of my nails. Andrew at the front desk is amazing and always is so kind and welcoming when you come in. The whole staff is friendly and professional. Very clean salon and have plenty of options from pedicures, manicures, and spa treatments.

I was going there with Tiffany and then tony. Suddenly he didn’t have time for me and i was refereed to new people. Not cool after 16 years of loyalty. I’m leaving.

Very disappointed in my experience here tonight. I have been going here just shy of a year and Tony always does a great job, but I can not say the same about the women. First of all they are rude, second of all we had an appt for 4 of us to all get pedicures TOGETHER. They said that was fine and then at the time of the appointment they said they could only accommodate 2 at a time. Only 3 of us for the pedicures due to this. We got the deluxe pedicure and it was terrible. Service was rushed, barely got massages, and not to mention my feet still have tons of calluses on the bottom
Of them. I went here 38 weeks pregnant hoping for an enjoyable experience and instead I left more disappointed. I will be looking for a new nail salon and they have lost my business entirely.
