J Michaels Auto Sales Inc, Philadelphia PA

Seemed nice. Didn't like their policy with dealership about being able to beibg the car back if I changed my mind.

I inquired about a car, they told me that they had it, which they did. I told them that I would love to buy the car, and they said great. We worked everything out, breakdown of the price, how it was going to get to me, warranty, and everything. I get sent the paper work and sign it, and the same day that I was going to ship it back out they told me they sold it to someone else for a higher price. I do not understand how any dealership does this to someone. If you make a deal with someone then you make a deal. J Michaels Auto Sales is the definition of fake. They sound amazing over the phone and through emails but once someone else wants to buy the car for higher than asking price they jump towards it without even asking you if you would consider the higher price as you got sent the paper work and everything. Worst dealership ever, and would advise everyone to stay away, unless you want to get scammed out of your car!

I always have a great experience at JMICHAELS. The workers and Owners are friendly and accommodating. It's hard to find honest mechanics these days. I've been with JMICHAELS for over 5-10 years now and have never had a problem with service. The Owners back their work and honest enough to refer customers if they're not able to get it done. JMICHAELS not only give service, they're also an Auto Car salesman in which they guarantee their work. When choosing JMICHAELS, you'll be making a sound decision.

DONT EVER GO! Biggest scam ever. Told me they had this truck for sale and still have it. Drove 2 hours away just to find out they never even had it! The manger was awful and eveyone was so unhelpful. I recommend never going to this place.
