Bought a washing machine, they were very knowledgeable and able to answer all our questions. Great service

The only reason for a 3 star instead of 2 is because of the friendly service. But I bought a washer from them and 3 month later it stop working. I know they are use washer but when you charge some one $300+ dollar and say the mech goes thru it thoroughly. It shouldn't break down 3 month later. I know there use but for a 3 month use we should of just gotten a more use of it. Never again will I buy anything from here. 3 month isn't worth what I pay for even use. Never overloaded I knew better. But you need to really look at your appliance a little better then this. Waste of my money big time. Don't waste your money. I have bought use before and works for years. I thought this would be the same and support locally business but this isn't one shop I would ever go back to or recommend.

I did call and I was a week off after warranty pass. You said you can send the mech but I have to pay labor and part fee. Cause my warranty was pass by a week there was nothing you can do for me. Even when I call you said you couldn't find me in your record until I gave you the recipe I had number so don't play that I don't find you in my records card. You sold me trash and I will never trust your shop. Even use appliances I have gotten last me for yrs. Just like the stove we had it took 10 yr for it to be replaced with new one but I got it use and it was from 1991 build. Sad part is I got to use it for 3 months the exact amount for under warranty an that a kicker huh.

I didn't go to this place I just called about a part for my dishwasher but they didn't have what I needed. I don't know what all they sell or how they are but the person was really nice on the phone.

The gentleman that came out to service our dryer was very nice and had it done fairly quickly and also gave us a heads up on our dryer vent being clogged. Well worth the money over me fiddling with it blindly!

First time using this business & will definitely be a return customer. These guys were friendly & quick. They even took my old washer & hooked up the new one. Every business should be like them. Awesome job & employees.

Friendly informative. Used appliances for reasonable prices. Comparisons of different equipment to meet needs. Work source for replacement laundry equipment.information regarding suppliers of commercial grade appliances. Not yet ready to make purchase but will return in future when plans complete.

Didn't have the part I needed, but it was a pretty uncommon part and with covid it's hard for anyone to stay stocked regardless anymore. Still worth leaving a positive review based on the staff. Guy was super friendly. If I do need any work, wouldn't hesitate to give them a call.

Just a quick edit: I would also trust an appliance from them based on my interaction with them. I had an oven that was perfectly fine functionally, but had issues with the door. I didn't want to scrap a functional oven so I called them to see if they wanted to refurbish it. The gentleman on the phone appreciated the offer but made me aware that a door issue is usually one they can't fix and it still be up to the standard of reselling. Just thought that said a lot about their business and that they're not trying to pull fast one on the appliances they sell.

Sales associate very helpful & informative. They check everything when it comes in & give 90 day warranty. Decent selection, found what I needed. Wasn't too happy w/almost to week for delivery. Overall, not bad.

Their appliances hold up better than new at half the price! Always friendly and knowledgeable as well

Pleasantly surprised by this place. Our washer broke. I attempted to repair it but it was old and no longer worth the money. Called around and due to covid new washers are months away. A friend recommended this JNB.

Great friendly service. The gentleman in there spent 45 minutes discussing washers and the strengths/flaws of the different designs. Washer works great and we saved ~$400 over not buying new.
